Optimal Apartments

I surprised my partner on 09/03/2024 -10/03/2024 for his 49th birthday. Firstly I would like to mention that the Deluxe apartment which I booked looked exactly like the pictures and was cleaned to a high standard which we appreciated. Bina helped me set up my birthday decorations for my partner's birthday. Bina was very caring, supportive, thoughtful, and professional. Bina went through all of the terms and conditions with me and also showed me how to use Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, lights, and much more. Bina even asked me what temperature I would like the central heating on ready for my return later with my partner. I was also sent a list of local takeaway and taxi services. Myself and my partner definitely had a luxury experience. My partner can't express himself enough on how special our overnight stay was at Optimal apartments. Our stay was worth every penny. What an amazing experience at optimal apartment, the host Bobby was amazing, friendly and really helpful. The apartment was absolutely jaw dropping, pictures just don't do it any justice. It's been done to the highest standard. I would have love to extend our stay but couldn't due to work commitments. There's nothing I could fault about the apartment at all. It was so refreshing to take a stroll through such a lovely park opposite the apartment. It's perfect for a weekend break for couples or family. I would recommend this apartment to all 100%.

My partner booked optimal apartments for my 26th birthday and wow I was not disappointed, was greeted by the lovely owner who showed us to our apartment, which was set up for my birthday 🥰 balloons cake banner etc.. felt extra special. The apartment was absolutely beautiful everywhere was spotless the hot tub bath was amazing, so relaxing. Robes and slippers are left for you when you get out the hot tub which I thought was nice. Tv in the hot tub too, Surround sound throughout the full apartment, overall it was just absolutely beautiful I’m glad we chose optimal apartments to stay with. Didn’t disappoint and I 100% recommend staying here. Thank you so much for a lovely stay I will definitely be coming again. The pictures don't do the apartment enough justice, this place was stunning to be in! I loved the LED lights everywhere, the speakers in each room which gave it a really cool feel, the jacuzzi was amazing and so relaxing especially with the mini TV in the bathroom too! I loved the fact that there were speakers in every room so the music we played followed us wherever we went. A usually undervalued feature at apartments is the amount of cutlery a place has, and the hosts were on job to provide so many utensils so that we had a comfortable stay. A special shoutout to Bina who was an amazing host! She greeted me and my partner on arrival, had a lovely conversation, showed us around the apartment and even texted us some places to visit in the area. The hosting skills went above and beyond what we usually get and so its important to remember this and thank her again for making us feel so welcomed. This place is 10/10!

Great location and lovely apartments! really enjoyed our stay here as a couple. the rooms are stunning and all the little touches really make the experience that more special. The host was exceptional, very professional but at the same time super friendly and comfortable. Would love to return in the future if ever in the Bradford area.

As an apartment I wish there was washing/ drying facilities but isn't mentioned on the booking platforms (to my knowledge) so is just a personal suggestion. Little wear and tear in certain areas but only due to the love from the previous guests.

Absolutely amazing these rooms are outstanding and beautifully designed, very high standered of cleanliness, apartment was set to a nice temperature so when we come in was lovely and cosy. Mood lights in all the rooms really set it off. The jucuzzi bath is a must really good size plenty of room, powerful jets. I will most definitely be returning and would highly recommend the stay. Our host was absolutely lovely showed us everything we needed to know and was only a call away if we had any problems. The location of the apartments is lovely too nice big park across the road. Parking was right outside our apartment. You will not be disappointed the apartments are 100% worth every penny. I'll look forward to returning. 5***** Thank you for having us x

What a lovely romatic place to stay thankyou so much to the host who went above and beyond decorating all the room and making us feel very welcome, the apartment is beautiful so clean and modern. There is surround sound with speakers in each room and you can connect your phone to it for music. I was abit worried that there was not much in the area but there is a lovely park right facing to have a nice walk around with tennis courts and basket ball courts etc Will definitely be returning soon 😊 Thankyou !!

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment with our family. The apartment exceeded our expectations and we were thoroughly impressed with its high level of comfort and stylish decor. The jacuzzi was a fantastic addition and we all enjoyed it immensely. The beds were also incredibly comfortable, providing us with a great night's sleep. The hosts were extremely welcoming, friendly, and accommodating throughout our stay. We had such a great experience that we plan to return in the future. Thank you for a memorable stay!

The property was exceptional and extremely attractive; from the outside all the way into it. There were speakers all throughout the apartment allowing us to hear the TV / Bluetooth media in any room. The facilities were overwhelming and the staff members were very welcoming.

There was a minor issue with the lock on the main door which was a bit of a hassle leaving the apartment and making sure it was locked. Other than that, there’s really no room for improvement.

From the moment we walked in we was amazed everything looked even better than the photos it was spacious, located in a prime location near lister park with lots to explore. Everything was thought of the hot tub was huge and definitely one of my favourite features there is a TV in every room and surround sound system so you can play music or watch from any room. Overall we felt completely at home it was quiet and peaceful the entire time and the bed was especially comfy we felt completely at home. We'd like say a big thanks to Bobsy for providing us with such a high standard of accommodation and also he was a very accommodating host we will most certainly be back.
