We booked a short getaway to experience the Blackpool lights for our children's joint birthdays. We are a family if 5 and had the most wonderful time. We were met by Malcolm and his 2 lovely dogs. Marholm was ever so friendly and helpful. We had lovely conversations with him and his wife. Our room was lovely and most importantly it was very clean. It had what we needed. The location of the hotel was a short distance to the beach and to the town centre. We couldn't have been more pleased with our booking

Me and my 12yr old son stayed here 2 nights during October half term. The hosts Malc and Mandy are so friendly and welcoming. Our room was ready when we arrived. The location is fab. Parking right accross the road which is reasonably priced. Just a short 10 min walk to Coral Island. Bed was nice and comfortable and room was a good size and nice and quiet. We bought the breakfast bap both mornings with cuppa which was £3.50. Excellent value for money. Beautiful, really tasty. Choice of bacon or sausage plus egg or bacon & sausage. The bar is a nice feature as we chatted to the other guests and Malc and Mandy both nights we were there. The whole place is spotlessly clean. We really enjoyed our stay, thank you so much. We'll definitely be back.

The only thing I didn't like was the shower. It had really poor pressure.

Lovely and friendly, my boys said the beds were like sleeping on clouds. I agree very comfortable, you could watch TV from all 3 beds, which was great for getting kids to sleep, plenty of tea and coffee in room, loved there were blinds as well as curtains and a fan which was an absolute god send with sunburn. If we're back in Blackpool again definitely booking if vacancies. Fab little find.

Only thing that is a down side is parking I got a ticket, As I parked on road for residents which I thought meant for hotel residents but it isn't a little info on parking would be good for next time.

As I was rocking up for Rebellion I wanted close and it was! So I was happy. Room was all I needed. Breakfast set you up for day, casual and relaxed. Great hosts! Booked next year & most likely before....

Getting up for shard loo, outside door was so SO far to walk. Joke: nothing to dislike. just a relaxed and casual place to be.

The owners were very welcoming from arrival to departure, and the hotel was very clean. The bestest one so far in blackpool, room reasonable size, and the beds were really comfy. The location is good, not on the seafront but not far from coral island, I would definitely stay here again, and so would my daughter 😀

Nowt to dislike would highly recommend this place

Malcom and mandy greeted us when we arrived and we could Check in early . Also we arranged to park outside the hotel before our stay with them . Very friendly and loved the hotel. Clean and room was fab. Had a few drinks in the bar which was cracking . Only a 5 minute walk to the centre so close to everything . I will definitely be booking here when me and by boyfriend visit Blackpool again.

I liked everything

Excellent stay at property. The room was fresh and spotless, plentifully comfortable with a private bathroom. Location is ideal, no more than a few minutes from the centre and promenade. Staff are welcoming and warm, going beyond to be helpful and accommodating. Value for money and safe and leisurely stay; will undoubtedly return for future stays.

Great location. Very close to central Blackpool. Staff very friendly and helpful. Location was very quiet when we visited and no noise of rowdy folk outside. Would go again. Thank you for the warm welcoming.

Nothing much that we didn't like although perhaps a small folding table could be useful in rooms maybe? Can't really say anymore because there was nothing that we didn't like.

very nice friendly owners. Great value drinks in the bar and the owner has a great sense of humor making an evening in fun.Offered us a free parking space after we checked out for the day. Good quality beds for a restful nights sleep,piping hot running water large screen tv in bedroom and fast free broadband for Netflix. When you pay this little you expect it to be basic but nothing is further from the truth it was spotlessly clean, fresh towels daily, waist bin emptied daily, tea coffee milk replaced every day kettle and fan and very modern tastefully decorated rooms

What wasn't there to like. Malcolm and Mandy were there to welcome us. Make sure we got to room ok even helping with the bags that we had (only stayed 2 nights but we had alot with the 3 kids). Once we had settled, they recommended us to breakfast and dinner areas. Told us our must see areas. It was my birthday whilst I was there and Malcolm put up some banners and both wished me a happy birthday. The bar area was great and a couple of drinks with Mandy and Malcolm. Great experience and already looking to book again. Also was nice to have a room where everyone had a bed. Great location, and only short walk to the tower, town and main strip.
