The Albert Inn Hotel Blackpool

The bed was comfy, and the staff was welcoming a great location to the beach.

Could do with updating, but new people have taken it over, and I'm sure they will do their very best to get this hotel more dated. Good luck to the new owners, and we hope to see you next year,

Central ! great hosts and service staff ! very clean very comfortable

on one occasion the buffet was limited , but not a fault of the hotel , but greedy guests loading their plates and not eating it !

Location is very close to town centre, less than 5 minute walk from Tower but far enough not to be disturbed from the noise. Staff are more than helpful. I contacted before booking to request a late check in, which they kindly accommodated. I was then contacted after my stay and again found the customer service to be excellent. We travel every six months to Blackpool for business, this was the first time using this hotel but hoping to return in November and most likely to use here in future.

We weren’t able to stay within the property as there was an issue with electrics, however they did find us accommodation nearby and notified us of this before our arrival. I dont think they could have done anything else to resolve this issue and to be honest done more than most would to make sure we werent left with nothing. Also made contact afterwards to see how the alternative accommodation was. So although a negative that we didnt get to stay, the customer service in this regard was excellent.

the reception fella when we first when in was really good and emma the night porter for our final night was really fantastic, can’t wait to see what the new owners do with the place

nothing really the rooms where clean with crisp white sheets and crisp white towels, sorry the little downfall was the bar wasn’t open but we understand the reasons

Fantastic location around the corner from town centre, hotel is a working progress,as it's only been taken over in the last few weeks, and needs refurbishment through out , staff/ owner extremely helpful and polite,helping me up and down outside steps with my mum's wheelchair and finding me a phone charger plug, they work long hours but always have a smile . Look forward to seeing the finished hotel and look forward to coming back soon

The room was spotless, TV worked well and really good price.

We couldn't get the pram through the narrow doors to be able to use the lift unfortunately. It is a wide double pram though so if using a single pram or a standard wheelchair accessing the lift would be fine. That being said, we were given a space to store the pram and were helped getting it up the front steps on arrival.

Clean, great location, collete was great, helpful and full of smiles, nice weee bar/pool table. Have stayed at a few cheap places in blackpool the albert is the best one for a budget break, family friendly, fresh bedding towels and toiletries and loo roll, kettle tea/coffee,you dont get that often in cheap places, just braw weee break next to everything :-)

The weather

very friendly atmosphere. bar area and entertainment was great, ideal that children are welcome into bar area and it’s family oriented. Jade is absolutely amazing…she is the heart of the place, very helpful, kind and willing to do anything to help you.

the hotel is perfectly situated near all amenities needed. The hotel staff are very friendly and happy to help with anything at all. Especially a lady called Sandra, she went way above and beyond to make our weekend stay the best. The beds are super comfy, there’s literally no noise at all when you close your door and the breakfast was amazing, everyone’s tastes are catered for.

we had a couple of issues when we checked in , the lock on the door was loose, and our tv wasn’t working but the staff were very accommodating and sorted everything for us straight away.
