Very friendly and helpful nice people. I will stay again.

Window did not open toilet seat lose and did not say up sharp bit on left side of the bed .im only saying this to help them become perfect.

Comfy bed and lovely, welcoming staff. Very close to winter gardens and the beach. Plenty of things to do in the area and was still quiet enough to get a decent sleep. The breakfast was gorgeous and caters for Vegetarians and Vegans.

Woken up to someone putting scaffolding outside the room, the batteries in the TV remote had run out, but could've asked for more batteries if we were that bothered and the shower seemed to flood easily.

Amazing localisation, everything you need is maximum 15 minutes walk from hotel. Very clean and cosy rooms and bathrooms, lovely staff. It was nice to stay here! Breakfast was amazing! Service was better than in the most of restaurants around. :) Special kudos to two lovely ladies who served us on Sunday's morning and went above and beyond to make all guests happy.

Parking is not on the site.

The breakfast was brilliant. Good walk to the railway station and to tram stop. Blackpool tower isn't that far away with amusement places,gift shops and main shops.

I was given one price for room off £198 and then added extra charge of £116 for room, with no reason why they did this. And once at hotel, while the room was great. The main door to the room didn't need key to open. Able to push handle down and walk straight in.

The room is clean and have all the things that you need. The shower was excellent. It’s dog friendly and with no extra charge which was a bonus. Unfortunately we have to leave early before breakfast so can’t comment. Otherwise lovely stayed.

My partner and aunt didn’t like the bed so it was not everyone liking but I was fine with it.

Great hospitality, our host Vicky was simply amazing! Really made us feel at home. All staff were very helpful and considerate. Great location with blackpool tower and town centre very close by. Really convenient location, clean and quite area. Will definitely be back again! Under new management, new owners have done an amazing job in renovation and continue to do so.

I can not really pin point anything that was disliked.

Staff were lovely. Breakfast was great. Room and en-suite clean and tidy. Great location.

The room was very cold overnight and could be in part to the bathroom window not closing properly. Had the stay been during warmer months it wouldn’t have been a problem at all. Duvet was warm enough though and I packed warm pyjamas just in case anyway.

Vicky was lovely, nothing was too much trouble. My room was clean, tidy and looked after. My bed was comfy and I slept well. My breakfast was great, really tasty and my coffee was very good.

The owner (Vicky) was fantastic, from check in to check out. Exceptionally clean room. Highly impressed and the kids really liked the place. Perfect location, 5 minutes walk to the beach and 10 minutes walk to city center (Blackpool tower). Kitchen was also super clean and nicely arranged (Though didn't have breakfast).

We left our booking until the last minute and with many festival goers staying the weekend we struggled to find anywhere but then we struck gold finding The Riversvale. They welcomed us like family, helped us to check in early, cured us of our hangover with a lovely breakfast and even gave us a goodbye hug. Ideal location, lovely room and even lovelier hosts. Thanks!
