The hosts Paul & Steve were so friendly and informative. The place was spotlessly clean with the decor finished to a high standard. Lovely large rooms an fluffy white towels.Free parking an added bonus. To top it off the English breakfast served was so fresh an tasty it filled you up for ages. Plenty of choice of cereal, brown & white bread for you to toast,biscuit bars, yogurts, fresh orange, fruit, an not forgetting the pots of tea an coffee served. Had a lovely 3 nights stay an wouldn't go anywhere else now in Blackpool......

There was nothing not to like at the Fox Lodge. Everything was of great standard an most of all it was immaculate. 5*

Great location. Close enough to the beach and tower but also not right in the heart of the hustle and bustle. The property itself was beautiful - absolutely immaculate and the decor was really modern. Great parking space - very secure. The hosts were absolutely lovely and very accommodating. Our room was absolutely spotless and very cosy. Mini fridge in room which was really handy and lovely little welcoming touches which was appreciated. Breakfast was included in the great price and was very well set up and efficient - great choice of continentals if you choose not to have the full English.

There’s nothing we can say that we didn’t like. The hosts were lovely and really accommodating and we would definitely stay here again.

Cannot fault the Fox Lodge the hosts Stephen and Paul are very welcoming. We stayed in the king room, which was very spacious and had plenty of storage there was a fridge in the room with complimentary bottles of water, tea and coffee facilities we had an onsuite bath with overhead shower nice large fluffy bath towels which didn't spell of grease like some B Bs in Blackpool.Freeview channels on TV. Breakfast was great. There were cereals fresh fruit croissants pots of assorted jams yoghurts Fully cooked large breakfast bacon egg sausage beans tomatoes mushrooms fried bread, and it was really tasty. The fox lodge is in a good quiet location they provide free secure parking at the back it's just a short walk to the front and the town. Certainly recommend it.

Lovely house which retains some fabulous original stained glass. Everything spick and span and breakfast - hearty! - runs like clockwork. Only 10 minutes or so stroll from town with an interesting antiques/vintage centre and Brew Bar for fantastic real ales en route. About 15 mins walk from Yorkshire Fisheries for fantastic fish and chips. Stayed here as it was near Stanley Park for the cricket ground - about 20 mins walk. Great to have private secured car parking at rear or property for duration of visit but bring all belongings you need for your stay when checking in as the hosts lock the gates. Realised late on that the poster on back of our bedroom door for Wifi was missing a character from the password - so use the info in the hallway entrance! (Sorry guys forgot to tell you this when we left!)

Fox Lodge was excellent in every way. From the moment we were welcomed in you could tell this place was a gem of a find....tasteful decor, high ceilings, original features, and owners who were friendly, helpful with suggestions and attentive to requests. Our room was in fact a suite - which featured a large comfortable bed, a seating area with good sized TV, plenty of storage space, tea, coffee and milk aplenty, and a good sized bathroom which had a bath as well as shower. There was also mood lighting, a full sized mirror and dressing table and bathrobes provided. Exceptionally clean throughout. We will definitely be back. Pete and Kelly. Oh, and breakfast was great too - lots of choice and cooked to perfection and piping hot!

The owners of Fox Lodge were very friendly and welcoming, nothing was too much trouble. My partner and I arrived early, but were able to check in and leave the car at the premises, which left us free to explore Blackpool. We had booked a king room and it was spacious, modern, clean, very comfortable and well equipped. There were so many little touches that showed they went that extra mile. Our room was equipped with a fan (I was very grateful for it), safe, hairdryer, bottled water, bathrobes and there was even rock on the table. The shower room was again modern, well stocked and the mineral shower head provided a lovely shower experience. Each morning, there was a vast breakfast selection to suit all needs and I have to say it was very tasty. There was a bar just inside the entrance which we didn’t use, but again, modern, clean and well stocked. We would just like to say thank you for our wonderful stay and we will certainly return in future.

Booked for 3 nights with my partner for a little trip away arrived slightly earlier than check in but this was not an issue we were instantly made to feel very welcome. We stayed on the top floor in bedroom 6 the bedroom was a great size and very clean and very modern. The bed was very comfortable and the breakfast was great alot to choose from and very tasty. Whilst we were out we came back later to find 2 cupcakes which I found very thoughtful. On checking out we struggled with out large suitcase and had to wait 4 and a half hours for our return coach, the lady that owned fox lodge very kindly offered to keep our suitcase behind the bar until we had to go for our coach to save us dragging it around. Overall we had an amazing stay and would love to stay again highly recommended

Great location within walking distance of all Blackpool has to offer but far enough out not to have all the noise - secure parking off street, nipping clean, stylish and comfortable. Excellent hosts and belly busting breakfast - great stay

Nothing I didn’t like - if I was being picky breakfast 08:30-9:00 only and check out 10am but that’s only because they absolutely clean the whole place from top to bottom ready for the next guests - so no complaints at all

This booking exceeded my expectations. The hosts are lovely, very friendly, nothing is too much trouble, and they leave you alone. Great location, just outside the noisy areas of Blackpool, but a short walk to centre. Very comfy room with the facilities to go with it. Would definitely stay there again. And the coffee at breakfast was better than I’ve had in many other places.

Gorgeous hotel,the room was amazing & breakfast was top notch! Only 5 mins walk to the Winter Gardens for the Rebellion festival we attend to every year. Our hosts were great & very accommodating,that we've already booked for next year. Lovely modern hotel,super comfy bed & room was immaculate. A very wow hotel in Blackpool with free on site parking too.
