Bodrium Hotel & Spa0

We have stayed in late November and got free upgrade to a suite, which was great. The room was clean, warm and had all necessary stuff. The cleaning service was provided every day in timely and efficient manner. The breakfast was decent - nothing fancy that one might expect from a 5* hotel, but it has fair choice of dishes, including some hot ones, such as omelette, pancakes, fried eggs etc. The in-house Italian restraurant might be a bit overpriced, but offers good quality and nice selection of wines. Overall, all the employees were super friendly and helpful and we even extended our stay for 1 night.

Soundproofing could be better. Lots of stray dogs around the hotel that are continuously barking at night - if you are a light sleeper, that might be a nuisance.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, the cleanliness of the room, the location of the hotel: if you are a walk lover you will enjoy walking to beach or the city center, it will take about 25 min by foot to Gumbet beach, and to the city center;on the way to the city center you will cross the old city street whith its lovely houses and street. The swimming pool is very clean and calm you will enjoy to relax around. The breakfast were great : vegetables, fruits and local pastery all with a fresh products. On our last day we had to leave around 06h30 and the guys on the reception prepared for us a lunch box, it was touching.

Absolutely nothing.

The breakfast was fantastic, everything I required was on display. The breakfast staff laid a table even though I was on my own. Everyone was turned out immaculate in matching uniforms and always smiling. No traveler or guest could not find a breakfast or choice breakfast menu that did not suit...This Hotel is both unique and stand alone on its service. I had too ask for nothing, from Pool side lounger (10/10) to lunch, and even Hotel Restaurant was a find. All food was super, kudos to Chefs and servers. Reception staff the most friendliest I have come across. Shout out to front of house staff also. A shout out to all staff there, they all obviously love their jobs from Reception (you know who you are) to Housekeeping. I cant wait until my return to both Bodrium and Bodrum.. Bravo.. Noel.

Beautifully kept and the pool area quiet and staff v attentive. The spa was fab and my friend said her massage was one of the best (she has had many in her time) Restaurant food was delicious too.... Overall....a real gem! Bora, the pool waiter was v sweet too... We will most definitely return!

Our shower room had no ventilation and the extractor fan didn't seem to be functioning.... That said, it wasn't terribly important to us as everything else exceeded our expectations

Excellent facilities, friendly helpful staff, great food, beautiful city.

The hotel is so clean and nice. The location is fantastic with cheap taxis to Bodrum, and a walk to the shopping centre Oasis. The beds are VERY comfortable, and the rooms are spotlessly clean. We found the 3 reception girls to be so cute and helpful with anything we needed - including booking manicures and offering recommendations of places to go! The pool area is very clean and relaxing with no loud music and very comfy sunloungers, and towels are included.

The service at the pool could be a little bit faster

Lovely setting of rooms overlooking the pool. Good restaurant serving Italian & Turkish food. Excellent Spa & therapists, would highly recommend treatments.

The reception staff could have been more helpful, their directions to places of interest etc were very sketchy & unhelpful. People going out early & securing sun beds with their towels & leaving them all day. Baskets for used towels might stop this if people had somewhere to put them instead of leaving on sun beds.

Very helpful staff. Exceptional breakfast until 11pm. The hotel has pretty good location in the city centre which is close to the historical sightseeings, like the Antique Theatre and ruins of the Mausoleum at Halicarnassus, as well as 10 minutes walking to the sea beach.

Beautiful swimming pool area which was never over crowded. Very comfortable rooms and beds. Amazing choice of pillows. Lots of nice touches, free water every day, toiletries, hair dryers etc. Excellent Turkish breakfast+. Really nice helpful staff. Very clean etc. It's a classy hotel. Nice small gym but also good steam room, sauna etc.

Location is not perfect but taxis are across the road and very cheap so it isn't a problem.
