Perfect location, very helpful staff, everything is so convenient on the territory.

Something should be done with the cleaning. First, you should leave the key for the cleaning to be done. That is no problem, but the guests should be warned about it at check-in. The cleaning itself is next to nothing, the floor was dirty after it, I had to take the mop from the corridor and sweep the floor on my own. The soap was't fe-filled in the dispenser. Fortunately, it didn't ruin the overall impression

We booked for the week and came over from Dubai and it was aweome! The hotel is literally on the beach! Location is fantastic it was only a short few mins walk and along the fishing boat marina and you are literally in town no transport needed at all. Amazing-value shoreline restaurants we were having seasfood platters every day at Baston as for Max, legend, shopping, and vibrant nightlife and the yacht marina with all those restaurants on the other side you just walk everywhere and some classy places that side its all there. The staff were awesome and really they go out of their way to help and give best advice. It combined relaxation with access to urban excitement. A true Turkish delight! Breaksfast does the job but with so many options few mins walk into town it doesnt matter! Love the power shower and the view from our balcony! The wifi I was sitting on the beach with full power that was great! The Staff Halil so funny, Alpen, Sevim, Kerem, the owner Firqat and everyone else big shoutout for making our stay fantastic! My stay at Akkan Beach hotel was absolutely wonderful. The staff pleasantly surprised us by offering a complimentary room upgrade, even though there was no issue with our original reservation. The upgraded room exceeded our expectations, providing a comfortable space with very nice view. The hotel staff, including the exceptional receptionist şevin, went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. The hotel's location was convenient, and we enjoyed exploring the city knowing we had a fantastic hotel to return to. The generosity and commitment to excellent service made our visit truly memorable. I highly recommend Akkan Beach hotel to anyone seeking a remarkable hotel experience.

Perfect location, right in city centre, the hotel has it's own beach with excellent service. Hospitality was another great feature that made our stay welcomed and comfortable. Despite booking a standard room the owner Halil bey was generous enough to allocate us in double room with an amazing sea view. Breakfast was nice, products fresh and tasty. Really good deal for price we paid. We enjoyed our stay thoroughly and planning to be back again

In fact everything was great, the hotel, its location, the view which was incredible, waking up overlooking the sunrise and enjoying the sunset over the sea " was marvelous, all the hotel staff who were professionnel always smiling and cheerful, the food which was so delicious .. etc. My friend and I really enjoyed our stay there and we think to re-book it once we are there again🥰 Thank you Akkan Beach hotel... Great location across the beach with hotels own beach umbrella and sun beds and pool as well. The staff Halil and Peri and other staff were extremely accommodating and so welcoming assisting us with everything we needed including upgrading our room, booking boat tour, taxi to Marmaris etc. We felt so comfortable and would definitely come back. Strongly recommended. Thank you Halil and Peri.

Everything! The room was clean and perfect. Cleaning was done everyday 👌🏽 The staff was a amazing and kind especially the blonde lady at the bar 🥰 The location is perfect , 5 minutes walk to the marina and the tour boat are in front of the hotel which was great We would like to thank them for making our stay feel like home far away from home

Perfect location: far enough from city centre to be able to sleep at night but close enough to walk easily. It I'd also beach front. Nice pool clean hotel with comfortable room.

The only bad thing I can say is not a problem with the hotel: the beach is gravel but it is like that in most of turkey. We are just spoilt because my country has white sand beaches.

Very good location on the beach with harbour views. The excellent staff were most helpful, friendly and courteous. Short walk to restaurants and shops.

The room was very small at less than 12.5 square metres including the bathroom.

The hotel is right in front of the beach. Its amazing. The rooms are clean, breakfast is good, people who work are very friendly. I recommend to everyone to stay here. It was very pleasant for me. Thank you Akkan Beach!
