LK Metropole

Hotel is located in the middle of the (nightlife) action, yet rooms are quiet. It has a nice pool with ample lounger, towels provided. Rooms are of a good size, with good airco, shower, safe,... Hotel is visibly old but well maintained. Mallfunctioning airco was immediately remedied, even in weekend...

Nothing really. Was second time I stayed there, would not return if there were negative aspects as there is a big choice of hotels in Pattaya...

No Breakfast , room was very nice separate bedroom and living room, TV was good many channels, no noise surprising for the location, pool was nice bit small but very nice refreshing, location is good if you are after a night out, have stayed before when it was busy and had a buz about the place , but quiet at moment .

One thing i rang the front desk , the time was not late it was after the housekeepers had left but i was told , i wanted to borrow an iron and board as my clothes where in need of a press after long flight and traveling several days, the reception told me no iron ::, i asked i thought hotel would have , then told the house keeper gone home, so no iron, I had to run out to buy an iron as my clothes looked like a map of the world, but of a let down, does not mean much to some people, any way it would not stop me staying there in future just bring my own iron

The location was excellent The one bedroom studio was spacious and quiet with a nice balcony for coffee in the morning The bed and pillows were super comfy. The room was cleaned daily and the towels changed

The furniture is dated and needs updating a throwback to the 70s Never had a hot shower the 9 days we were there

The LK Metropol is an iconic hotel in central Pattaya and close to everything. The staff were very friendly and helpful

Unfortunately the restaurant was not open yet and the hotel was showing signs of aging and in need of repair in a few areas.

Great location. Very central with the benefit of having a pool. The rooms were clean and added bonus was having a small kitchen with a microwave and fridge freezer.

Some areas are a little dated. The restaurant was closed so couldnt even get a coffee but seven eleven next door did coffees and snack food

Spacious 1 bedroom suite is very comfortable 72sq mtrs, located on level 7.

Unfortunately the restaurant wasn’t open, the waterfall located at the pool wasn’t turned on.

Big lovely room, big comfortable bed, spacious balcony, good kitchenette everything you need to cook small meals, staff very friendly and polite. Great location right outside there are plenty of bars, restaurants and street food seller's... Definitely stay again!

Room was not as modern as usual hotel I use but the size more than made up for it. Would definitely stay again. Cleaning staff brilliant

Pool area slightly dated but was OK for quick dip.

Location was great close to every thing, the room was very big and comfortable. The bed was the most comfortable that I had in the six weeks in Thailand. The 2 pools were great, Would I stay there next time in Thailand YES!

The only thing I didn't like was the cost of Laundry, a bit high.

the luxurious feel of the rooms, the impressive front entrance and the pool.

tried to rebook the same room after our trip for the third week of our holiday and found reception staff unhelpful. spent the week at LK President instead.
