Rayaburi Hotel, Patong

The location is great, right in the middle of Patong, surrounded by restaurants/bars/massage parlours. The beach is at the end of the street. The room was great - clean with a balcony overlooking the night market across the road. Nothing fancy but perfectly adequate. Plenty of hot water and good shower pressure. We had to check in a few days late and their communication was timely.

The street is noisy so if you are a light sleeper, perhaps request a room towards the back of the building. It didn't bother us too much. The design of the shower means water goes everywhere every time you shower. A heads up - you need to leave a 1000 baht deposit on arrival which will be refund on check out. You also need to leave your key with reception every time you leave the hotel.

Rooms were spacious and housekeeping was excellent. Linen was high quality and fresh towels and water were provided daily. Bathrooms were really excellent with a separate shower and deep bath. Reception staff were helpful and professional. There was no issue getting our deposit back at the end of the stay, once staff had inspected the room.

Rooms (some) in main building did not have balconies or large windows with any view. The pool was in a separate building and was very small but as we were close to the beach we didn’t use it anyway. The room we stayed in on the last day was not as spacious or up to date, but did have a balcony.

The property is in a good location with many food places across the street , a 7eleven on the doorstep and the beach less than a 5 minute walk. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. There is also a local bus to Phuket town just 3 minutes walk from the hotel. We also found that the room was spacious and the bathroom had a shower and a separate bathtub.

The jacuzzi area was poorly maintained and the rooftop wasn’t in good shape.

The room is a nice size with a balcony with view of the sea. I did take a deluxe room and I would strongly recommend it. The hotel is not new but for the money I was so happy with it. It is located in an excellent location. Everything is Just there. The beach, 7/11, great street food across the road. Money changer honestly you have everything right there. would I return You Bet. I booked for 2 nights and stayed 10 nights. From 12 July 2023 to 22 July 2023. Ariya at the reception is a bonus to the hotel. Great great service. Thank you

There was nothing I did not like. How can you not like a Hotel that is in a great location for a great price.

Best location, a short stroll from the beach, in the middle of eateries and shopping, very comfortable rooms (hard beds as normal in Asia), aircon and free wifi, cleaned daily, friendly staff, cheap as for a long stay.

I’d be happier if Booking.com would refund me the 2 nights I changed on the booking, as agreed by the hotel, but Booking.com has gone silent on the enquiry. I’d also be happier if I could book again for April ‘24 but there’s no special on Booking.com for that time.

Everything. The staff are the most amazing people in the world. They generally care for everyone and they are so kind. The hotel is in the best Area possible, close to the beach, tons of restaurants and shops and a short distance up to the mall. Pool. Comfy Quiet Rooms. REALLY GOOD AIR CONDITIONING (This is a must in Thailand)

Really, nothing. It exceeded my expectations and I will stay there everytime I am in Phuket for the rest of my life.

Location was actually perfect, middle of the Patong, walk to centra or beach

Hotel staff couldn’t english, last day they charge us for something we didn’t do or see in our room. They couldn’t talk english and not service minded in professional way! It was very bad memory for whole of our travel.

The room is nicely decorated in oriental style staff is very friendly

There is a swimming pool on the site but there is no swimming pool at all. There is a hot tub but is not clean there are 2 saunas but both are not functioning toilets and showers on the roof are very dirty disappointed You cannot fill the bath in the room because there is no stopper here, so it is of no use to you. Ps big tip do not take a taxi from the hotel this will easily cost you the 3 double use instead the bolt app whore you pay between 100 and 180 to go somewhere.

Well located just far enough from the busiest parts of Phuket, yet still within walking distance. Beach is meters away. Rooms are well sized and clean. Balcony however is not very private and there are no partitions, so had to keep curtains closed when others where using it. Weather was bad so did not get to use the roof area, which I hear serves food. Electricity was out on the street a couple of nights, and no emergency lights on floors of hotel. Front desk is usually not present, so you have to wait for them to return from other duties. Other than that it's a nice hotel and well priced.

See what I liked for some dislikes. Can't complain, it was a good stay. Except for other guests being rowdy, and bringing prostitutes back their rooms and then getting into drunken arguments over payment and then slamming doors throughout the night well into the AM. Welcome to Phuket.
