Bura Lumpai Resort

We read mixed reviews about this place, but I have to say we had a lovely time here. I would describe the accommodation as rustic, no luxury here. Lots of space, constant hot water in the power shower ( which is needed as Pai is very chilly at night ). Comfortable big bed. Towels , water & coffee replenished every day. Very friendly staff, couldn't do enough for you. The resort is out of town, but you know this when you book right, so no issue. Also, the resort has a free shuttle service that runs you into town at three different times throughout the day and back. There is a restaurant & coffee shop on site for lunch and dinner, closes at 5pm. There is also a restaurant & convenient store 2 minutes from the resort, which was open every day of our stay. During our stay, the staff were working hard on the resort to keep up maintenance works. We loved it here, and booked an additional 2 days. Great place to chill and relax.

Peaceful and serene location a few miles out of the main town but easily accessed via bike or taxi. The rooms are well cleaned and very comfortable with huge beds. Bathroom was a little bit worn but still clean and loads of space plus an amazing shower. Beautiful view of the lake and a laundry service on site. The staff are extremely helpful and kind and we're very understanding when we made a mistake with payment upon check out! Really good value stay and would highly recommend to anyone wanting a quiet and more comfortable stay outside of the busy town area

The most beautiful place my boyfriend and I have stayed in. The staff are so lovely and go above and beyond to accommodate to you. The rooms are stunning and super clean. Highly recommend. It is slightly out of town but can easily be sorted when renting a bike and perfect for a peaceful get away.

the hotel is about a 20 min drive from the town centre so you’d ideally need to get a moped but they do offer a shuttle bus to and from which was really good! the staff were amazing and nothing was too much trouble! there is a cafe on site but we didn’t actually get chance to eat there. the toilets are semi exposed outside so if you don’t like lizards/bugs it might not be suitable but they don’t really get in to the rooms

Private, quiet, lush with big trees like in a park. Big, comfy bed, clean bathroom. Pool not big but functional with (sun heated) warm water There're dogs on the premise but we didn't mind at all

Location is a bit out of town, hard to find food in walking distance. The place is still recovering from Covid with maintenance work in process

Traveling solo with my lil dobie Rodney was a blast! We loved the beautiful surroundings, the cozy bungalow, and the super-friendly staff. It was great meeting other pet owners in such a welcoming atmosphere. Can't wait to come back! 😊🐾

it is a beautiful area, an escape from hustle and bustle. it is super close to the hot springs and canyon, plus, the host is such a kind lady. She went above and beyond for us every day, can’t thank her enough, she will certainly make your stay smooth and enjoyable!

amazing property with deck. staff were very lovely. nice restaurant and pool area

there is no shop nearby so we found this a bit awkward as we had not hired a bike yet. location not great as it is about 15 minute drive from the action (night markets/ bars/ restaurants) and taxis stop early so we got stuck one night.

This trip (Pai) was my best travel in my life because if this resort and it “kind kind and kind” manager (Khun Pe), We stayed in Villa room, Everything was so perfect, Rain shower was very nice, our room was surrounded by lake and beautiful trees (coconut, banana and many others)

Staff was very nice, the surroundings were just beautiful! Every villa on the lake and close to the pool, also very tasty breakfast!

In the rush of leaving I forgot my favorite bikini top there! lucky for me, the nice staff send me the bikini as a package to my next hotel! so nice!!
