Got mosquitoes in the room Quite pricey for a 3 star hotel Reception cannot understand simple bahasa at all and english also quite not clear but they are nice

The hotel was in a good location, near to Lee Gardens and many local Thai eateries, massage parlours and shops. Staff were friendly and hotel was kept neat and tidy. Room was also spacious which you will need to keep all your Thai hauls. Free bread and pastries are provided in the morning with a free flow coffee machine through the day.

The shower water pressure wasn’t strong.

Great location for our 2 night stay. Fantastic selection of street food & restaurants on same street or within 5 mins walk. Clean, modern hotel, fast & efficient check in after a long day travelling. Air conditioning worked fantastically quickly. Not the largest room we have stayed in, but never unpacked so not a problem for 2 nights. Simple but adequate breakfast, perfect start to the day if you plan to eat your way around the city! Great value!

Bed a little on the firm side for me. Needed to put a sticker on the AC light during the night as it lights the whole room. As you can see, no real problems.

Love open-air private parking spots, very convenient just adjacent to hotel and easy for us to unload luggages especially we came in big family group. Rooms are very clean too, with free breakfast (although just a basic porridge & toast, coffee) made our stay so perfect. Receptionist who checked us in and check out is very helpful and friendly too.

Wish that location is nearer to market area as we had baby and old folks so prefer as shopping area and massage shops anywhere nearby within 5mins walking distance. Not easy to grab TukTuk but luckily we had a local resident there helped us to call Tuk Tuk.

The congee/porridge served at the breakfast is amazing. The hotel accepts Malaysian Ringgit for deposit payment, so you don't have to waste your limited Thai Baht currency, which I felt was a very nice touch. For those who are driving up to Hat Yai this hotel has a parking lot right next to it.

It is slightly further to the main attractions such as Lee Garden, Odean mall etc compared to other hotels (roughly 10-12 minutes walk)

We love everything about it - the bed, the location, the bathroom, the little snacks at the lift area for guests to munch on were thoughtful. Also, love that the toilet have 2 different lightings to choose from - white or warm. The food nearby are superb too. Highly recommend!

Having a chair for sitting in the room would be great and shampoo/soap can be better (more foamy). But otherwise, it has been a very comfortable stay. Will def come back again!

Great location. Walking distance to Kim Yong Market and Lee Garden Night Market. There's 7 Eleven and halal restaurants nearby. Tuk tuk is available at the hotel. Thai massage in room is available upon request. Staff is very attentive. Clean room and toilet.

Excellent staff - very helpful. Breakfast was simple but freshly prepared and good. I was able to leave my luggage there after check out until it was time to go to the train station...

A dog was barking nearby between 4:30 and 5:30 a.m. - otherwise, building itself was pretty quiet... My room was quite near the lift, but I never heard it.

Location was good. Few minutes by tuk tuk to Lee Garden and other markets. Breakfast is basic. There are many eating places at walking distance. Room facilities are good

There were no tea bags. Would suggest to bring your own

Room is small and same menu for breakfast for two days straight. Nice porridge and croissants though...
