Everything is good expect the location slightly far from Hatyai town. The bed is comfy and the aircon really does the work to cold us down. There is microwave and coffee tea provided at the common area beside the reception. The gym is located next building but no worries is just a few step away. Due to the location, usually we will go out by taxi and the counter staff assist us to book via Maxim App. There is a small shop opposite hotel which serve delicious Thai food and is budget friendly.

Pool was reasonably of good size but the water was cloudy, you cannot see anything while in the water. They gave us a free room upgrade.

Price were reasonable. Room is clean and bed is comfy. Staff is very nice and easy to talk to. They can help to get tuk tuk if required.
Would be good if can provide basic toiletries and coffee/tea in room. Swimming pool feels like it had too much chlorine. Otherwise, it's a very nice pool.

Everything was fine and smooth. Suitable for the price paid. I wouldn't hesitate to book for my next visit. Even it is 2KM away from the city centre, you can easily get grab. Reasonable. Overall, it was good stay 3 nights.
Bathroom could have been more clean without some stains. Do not dry the town under sun/ dryer too long to avoid the smell in the towel.

Everything. The staff, facilities, swimming pool. Staff fluently speak english very well. The room very clean, suitable for anyone that want to relax time. The Taj Mahal picture in bedroom make the room more colourful. Next time i will come to hatyai again.

i got what i paid. worth it ! Reception staff is good too.
7-11 a bit far.... lift is wet cos many people went into the lift from pool. only 1 keycard provided cos need keycard to access the lift and room.
