Quiet location in the north-eastern corner of the old town, no cleaners disturbing, helpful staff if around, relaxed place.
As I came to check-in at 1 pm, which they had approved, there was no one around. (Ringing bell didn't help, maybe the new message through booking.com did.) At 1.45 pm someone showed up and started to look for the key. It took 10 minutes to find it. When I got to the room, it was not cleaned. Maybe the reception area could also use a bit of organising. Not everyone appreciates it, if there is no cleaning of the room for a week. Toilet paper has to be asked separately, it is given one roll at a time. Also easy to fix would be to add a small table lamp into the room.
