All foods at breakfast are very well provided and delicious. Would be nice to have more of other kind of fruits because Thailand have a lots of fruits that people love. And maybe some of gluten free bread (bakery options) for guest who can’t eat wheat bread. Everything else was wonderful including all staff are super friendly.
I did not like how I can’t use any plug inside the hotel room for my charger when I need to change my battery at night. It’s seem that all plug are connected to the power switch when we turn off the power to go to sleep at night.

the staff are excellent, really professional and friendly vibe. the service was fantastic.
the noise from other rooms, I knew when people were using the toilet, banging doors etc. you could hear it . and one of the lifts was out of action. and it’s a busy place, you noticed. and due to people having lack of common sense, they were overloading the lift, halting in a Mexican stand off till some one got out, not what you need after a long hot excursion.

The girls from the reception they where GOLD to us! Ready to help you with everything you need! All the personal of this hotel, they are so profesional!! I want to thank the manager aswell, a women with a big heart that will help you like u are familly there, she give us a lot of help when my wife had a health problem, she come with us at the Hospital and explain everything to the doctors because we dont speak Thai! Like i said, if u come in Chiang Mai, this is the place to stay!!!!

We loved the size of the room. We had stayed there many years ago and although it is "old style" it was great with the best hot water and water pressure in Thailand. The breakfast was excellent, the beds comfy, the staff friendly and helpful. The shower hose was broken on first use and was replaced the next morning.

Wanted somewhere quiet after a few days in BKK. Was perfect and two days after checking I extended my booking by a few days. Very friendly and personable staff. The room fittings/switches are a bit dated but everything was 100% functional so no problem there. For a 183cm tall male the bath was a bit short, and low, but water pressure and temperature was great so no real complaints. Would stay there again.

Great value for money! After switching from a horrible hotel late at night, this was such a welcome reprieve. Staff got through check in quickly, while still being sure to deliver all important information I needed for a good stay. Room was very spacious and clean. New robes, slippers and nice toiletries provided. Welcome drink voucher was given as well which was a nice surprise. And it was a last minute booking. I arrived an hour after I booked leaving the other hotel and they were ready and welcoming for my stay.

They ripped us off on laundry. Laundry bill was the highest in the history of laundry bills. We left some bag of clothes, this would cost 100 baht, literally in front of hotel they have a laundry, but hotel charged the outrageous 1450 baht, which cost more than accomodation itself. This has spoilt my opinion of the place, you should not be ripping your guests off like this...

This was a very nice hotel. I was given a room on the 14th floor and could get an overview of entire city and the hills. The room was very spacious. Loved it! Enjoyed my entire stay!
This is on riverside, which is a peaceful area. But need to take a Tuk Tuk or Taxi to get to the main city.

Very helpful staff. The Jr Suite 59 meter room has 3 huge sets of windows overlooking the city. Wifi is strong. Bed sheets very clean. Bed comfortable. Nice clean and big bathroom. Covered parking if you arrive early.
The location is ok. It's about 3 km to the city center, so you need transport unless you can walk half an hour.
