Harbour View Suites

The room was excellent and they provided free water bottles after every clean, the breakfast was a variety of food and you could eat to your fill. The staff would ensure that the room was clean and aromatic . there was also a restaurant down by the casino where they served superb food and the staff were very friendly

The lifts were a bit confusing to pass by to other floors

Frank the Manager resolved our issues and made sure our stay was comfortable. Mr Hemant and Mr Hemed were very helpful. Receptionists Freda and Jackie were efficient and friendly Msafiri the shuttle driver was great at maneuvering the roads and getting us to the airport on time!

Treadmill in gym needs to be replaced

We only stayed one night but had a really good time. Staff is friendly, helpful and the room is spacious and clean, with a view on the harbour. Very practical as well that it is so close to the ferry terminal to Zanzibar. The breakfast was EXCELLENT. Thank you, we had a good time. Maite, Hamed and Leia

Lights are a bit cold, room would be even more pleasant with 'warm' lights.

Clean rooms, on point room service, everything was working perfectly, air conditioning was good. Reception staff was very friendly and helpful. Had a perfect stay, quite and cool environment

The restaurant staff is very slow and takes long to prepare your order. Breakfast portions very good though.

I was very impressed by the staff. They were very helpful and cheerful. I felt safe staying there with my grandchildren. They found us Mudi, a good patient driver who showed us around and made our trip so memorable 😀

My last night in the middle of the night, the lights went out and the generator didn't kick in right away. But the engineer quickly came and fixed it.

Staff was very friendly. I could negotiate for upgrade to a room with super view and highest floor. Rooms were super clean and bathroom had showers. At this price I preferred having a bath

Breakfast. It was awful. I found the spread not exciting. Fruits were not super quality and Once I found floating insects in Watermelon Juice Of course the staff provided me with alternative fresh juice immediately and without my asking. YES Breakfast HAS to improve

Comfortable bedding and the room was kept clean. Did not include breakfast in the hotel rate, but one can get a good breakfast in the same hotel complex at affordable price.

The internet worked very well in the rooms, but at the ground floor lobby. Also, there is limited space for drop off/pick up at the hotel entrance. But a shared public carpark is accessible to the hotel. TV though not my strong point but had limited business news channels.

I did not liked the hospitality. During booking it was showing the room included breakfast. When I checked out they charged me. Restaurant people were unprofessional, when I was having breakfast they suddenly came and informed me the room does not have breakfast included. It was worthless to argue with them. It is not worth to pay 96 dollars per night. Doesn't make scene.

Harbour location was excellent, staff were friendly and helpful, the food was good and very reasonably priced, the room was very spacious and the en suite bathroom and shower excellent, we would recommend this hotel, and would definitely stay again. Airport transfers were also excellent.

Good location right in center of city. Helpful staff. Large rooms and comfortable beds. Good ac and hot water. Pool nice although chairs broken and an effort to get towels.

Hallways could use an update and some paint! Pool could use a few more lounge chairs that weren’t broken.
