Everything was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we arrived and were given an early check-in (SUPER appreciated after our long flight from Vancouver), to the comfy beds and plentiful amenities. The location is great, with plenty of food and entertainment right outside. The best part though, was the staff! They were super friendly, kind, and helpful! We were able to arrange early morning transportation to the airport for a very fair price. Cannot recommend this place enough!

Owner is super friendly, greet us every morning, and want to help us in any ways possible. She even gave us pinapple cake as gift! All other staff are also super friendly!
I saw little cockroach in one of toilet so need to pay attention to cleaning bathroom. Aside from that, it is very good

Great friendly hosts that kindly let me check in early. Instant coffee, tea and water provided could be replenished daily. Enjoyed the cheerfulness of the manager! The room was spacious and everything worked fine.

It's a small mom & pop hotel, which is a nice touch. The proprietress was extremely nice and helpful.
It took an extraordinary amount of time after turning on the water to finally get hot water. The location, in Ximen, is good, but it is in the "awkward corner" of Ximen making it a bit far from either Ximen or Beimen stations if you have heavy luggage.

The decor entertained me very much. The lady at the desk is very nice.
The AC only had an on/off switch, which limited how cool the room got. Luckily they provided a fan that could be put under the vent.

Location was great, room was quiet despite being beside a highway, would stay again. Mant food options nearby and less than 15 mins from station. Great value.

Location from the mrt station, we have to walk a bit before we reach the Ximen MRT station. But we enjoyed walking because we passed by downtown and had a walking exercise.
