HOTEL illuster - Urban & Local

Very good location, train/bus stations a 3-minute walk away. Clean room, nice staff. Excellent teas and cheeses. Excellent self-service restaurant and shopping center on the ground floor. WiFi coverage and internet speed were generally acceptable.

There is only a small selection of vegetables at breakfast. In general, it can be said that the breakfast offer can by no means be called lavish, but for an average breakfast, you won't get bored during a short stay.

Beautiful clean room very good breakfast staff very accommodating and friendly next to a shopping centre and large supermarket the town was really lovely and very close train station good for travelling into zurich would recommend staying in this town and catching train to zurich 20 min train ride rather than staying in zurich itself zurich is very expensive

Would be good to have a "Don't disturb" card, especially when you have a daily room service. Parking ticketing system is not integrated with the Hotel and you need to take a new ticket at the reception every time you need to drive out.

Reception staff were very friendly, answered any questions we had and were very accomodating to myself, my fiance and our 7 month old baby. Breakfast was great with a good variety of fresh foods and juices.

we didn't bother with breakfast-we met up with family living in uster and had cafe lunches we like the location-enjoy roaming the shops room has a good size balcony we enjoy watching the roofscapes and storks-mountain view in the far distance

no detractions, we will use the hotel for further visits

The hotel is nice and clean. Breakfast is very good. Location is perfect, five minutes walk from the train station and close to good restaurants. A very positive experience.

The entrance on the ground flood is a bit cheap compare to the rest of the hotel, but this is really the only thing I could come up with :-)

Modern and clean hotel in the center of Uster. Despite the pandemic the staff was super nice and welcoming. Baby cot was arranged in the room when we arrived. The breakfast was a la carte in the restaurant but it was a lot of food and was well organized.

The restaurant was not open for dinner but it was not a problem we had take away from the Italian nearby.

The hotel is close to Uster station, a short train ride out of Zurich. It’s part of the Illuster shopping centre complex, but the location is quiet as it’s a pedestrian area. The room was comfortable and the breakfast was excellent. Although service was limited due to the Covid restrictions, the hotel was very clean and the staff friendly and helpful.
