The manager (Roger) was very welcoming, accommodative, and honest. Firstly, he was flexible to let me check IN earlier than expected, cleared a parking space last minute, and also, i made a wrong booking for two, but it was only for one. Thereafter, he automatically updated me the room price was lower and reduced the invoice immediately, which showed integrity and honesty service. Highly appreciated ☺️.The room was clean and comfortable, fresh towels and bath floor towels, and it had a small fan too, which was so helpful in summer humid days. The hotel came with a bus pass too. Danke danke, Roger for your kind hospitality.

The hotel is a dorm room like one, so some floors have to share a common toilet and shower. The 1st floor shower room and toilet was clean, but the shower 🚿 pipe was flimsy and the hot water pressure was low, and it would be great to check the pipe and hot water.

We had exceptionally comfortable sleeps here. The room was spacious and decorated with unique furniture and posters which we like. Our host was really friendly and kindly offered us a larger room upon check-in. Although we had a shared bathroom, we rarely noticed anyone else using it and the shower was hot and high pressured every time we used it. We were a few blocks away from the centre of Lucern and found it easy to navigate from there to the main sights. It was also easy to arrive to the hotel by car and to find parking. Great value for money, I would recommend a stay here.

There was not any coffee available at the shared tea/coffee station, only tea, but I'm sure if we'd have asked at reception, we could have got our hands on some!

After a 16 hour travel day, being greeted warmly and offered a beer was really welcome. The bar has a lovely atmosphere and the staff were all so helpful. If we hadn't been so tired we would have stayed for a couple more beers! The room was great for our needs - clean, comfy, compact and perfectly located. The shared bathroom was clean throughout our stay, though it ran out of loo roll at one point (which wasn't an issue for us as we were heading out anyway). The bar is (as is to be expected) noisy in the evening, but with the help of earplugs and an eye mask we both had a great nights sleep nevertheless. Thank you!

The room was very bright even at night, maybe it needs thicker curtains? Slept well anyway!

Wasn't a problem for us, but the location is very busy in the evenings. Might be a little loud for early birds.

Owner is kind, location is great, bed is clean. However the kitchen utensile was not clean properly by the pervious guest in result I hestiate to cook food these 2 days.

I travel with my seven-year-old son who loved the experience of staying there. Everything was great and I can say it was a good value for money. The only thing that did not come up to my expectation was the fact that they had stopped providing their guests with breakfast long time ago due to the Covid, and I didn't know that until just a day before going there, something that was not a big problem at all. I strongly recommend it especially for those on a budget.

The room was a generous size, complete with a big balcony too. The shared bathroom was clean, although there was a quarrel with another guest who said that I shouldn't take a shower or poo in the morning 🙄

There was no one to handle our check-out. Calling the number on the door went to voicemail (and I got charged for a roaming call), so we eventually found their mailbox and dropped the key in as we couldn't wait anymore for someone to appear. We were also lucky to catch the guy during check-in after tapping the glass door several times.

A nice room with a balcony in a cozy hotel within walking distance from the lake and the train and bus station. The friendly host is very friendly and always ready to help. I spent a wonderful time with my daughter in Lucerne. On Friday evening, I enjoyed the wonderful live singing of the musician from the balcony. On the ground floor is nice bar. The room is equipped with everything necessary for life. And the dear host kindly informed about the tourist places and provided the necessary advice, as well as provided a coupon for free travel around the city and a password to the free city Internet. A clean room, fresh linen, a full set of hygiene products, a kettle, a hair dryer - everything was provided, to which I was infinitely grateful. The price is acceptable for Switzerland, for a convenient price you get a lot of advantages. Next time I'll come back here.

The room is spacious and clean, so was the toilet. It’s close to Luzern HB and there are plenty of supermarkets and restaurants around the area. it’s walkable and also close to the tram station. My luggage handle was broken and the staff amazingly helped fix it! also love that there’s a fan in the room as it was a really hot summer

nothing. although the main door to the room is a bit difficult to unlock, gave me a fright as I was catching a train. thankfully a gentleman from another room helped me open it :)
