The location was absolutely perfect. I was able to walk along the river, to the Höhematte, to the Harder Kulm funicular, and around town with ease. There is also a bus station right outside that takes you to Interlaken Ost for any train/boat trips. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. I was able to store my luggage easily in a locked room which I certainly appreciated. As a solo traveler, I felt completely safe in the guest house. And last but not least, I loved my room. The entire stay was lovely. I hope to return and stay here again and would certainly recommend to other travelers.

Early at property and was allowed to place luggage at storage room. From Interlaken OST direct bus and short walk. Hotel guest House is located opposite the main building and you would need your room card to gain access. Use it as a base to go to Lauterbrunnen and Grindelwald / Jungfraujoch via Interlaken OST.
Breakfast was too expensive CHF 25 per person.

The staff were super nice, we got a room upgrade because there was an electrical problem in our room. The staff were really fast in trying to solve the problem and in getting us a new room. The location is extremely convenient as it is located near the Interlaken West train station (less than 5 minutes walk). Would recommend if you’re planning on exploring the region.

Superb! The staffs were very helpful and friendly. They were kind to upgrade us to the hotel family room👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻. The room is very comfortable and spacious, esp the master room. They even provide USB port. The view from the balcony is amazing. Would love to stay here again!

Great Location close to every thing.
No Ac in the summertime but that’s nearly everywhere in Europe. Rooms did have two fans which circulated the air pretty well and we also stayed in a top floor room with two skylights that could open for more of a breeze.

The guesthouse is just perfact for family, two kids can have thier own space and they can see stars from the sunroof!
20 min walking from Interlaken Ost train station, felt a bit far when we carry baggabe with us, but most of the time is good.

Fantastic experiences, all staffs that I've met are very nice, patience for each of my questions. I Will recommend this hotel to my friends as first priority in interlaken.
The lights of aisle are insensitive, cannot active with big noise, like stomp and applaud.
