The staff at the reception was great and very helpful as I travelled with my aged mother. I loved the location of the hotel and the amenities (Jacuzzi within the room). Great views from the balcony

The service of the restaurant was a bit laid back in the afternoon and there was a bit of miscommunication amongst the staff. We had to wait for long for our drinks to arrive. Apart from this incident, they are generally good.

Great location, amazing staff, comfy beds (although too close to each other), reasonable breakfast, very clean room and good shower. Would come back at any time.

Individual bed lights would be great. Acoustic insulation is quite bad, it can be really loud at nights and mornings.

Everyone was super friendly, room was spacious and clean. Location was excellent - Walking distance to many things

No A/C in room but we know that is to be expected in Europe and it was quite comfortable and safe to leave the balcony door ajar for fresh air

The family room in general was very nice. We especially liked the bathtub / mini-whirlpool in the room. The view from the small balcony towards the mountains was also quite nice. The staff was very friendly. The hotel itself is a little outside of Engelberg, but still in (15 min) walking distance. I would recommend the hotel very much, just don't include the dinner plan - choose and pay independently.

The breakfast / dinner included plan was not worth it. There was only one dining choice included, all the beverages (not only alcoholic) we had to pay independently. It would have been better not to include the dinner plan and every time choose the food from the menu. Also the extra charge for our kid and dog were a little bit pricy. So overall the stay was very nice, but all the additional charges made it a little bit too expensive compared to the value we got out of it.

The most amazing view from a hotel balcony you could ever have 😍. It is at a walking distance from Mount Titlis Cable Car. Also have a play area to try table golf with multiple levels.

The Breakfast was OK, you cannot access the coffee machine on your own.

Very good location if going to the Mt. Titlis. I stayed in one of the dorms with 4 other people. Breakfast wasn’t anything special but it had enough options for me since I’m not a fan of big breakfast.

The room was excellent with a beautiful view of the lake and mountains! It was new, clean and spacious for 4 people. The hotel facilities were also quite nice.

The breakfast was fair. I wish there were more options.

New, well built, great location, fantastic lake view, quiet neighborhood, great restaurant and fantastic support staff.

This is such a hidden gem. Nothing not to like about this property.

The view that we got from the room was exceptional. Good spread of breakfast. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and ready by the time we got to the hotel for check-in. Exceptional location. Parking was also readily available.

Very good location and Nice rooms. The view on the lake is stunning. The rooms are fully sound proof althought they give on the main road its impressive you dont hear a thing and have an amazing night rest.

Not much negative to report.
