Very good hotel. It is the best location. Beautiful like my dreams. But I didn't like one thing because I don't eat pork so the pasta was given to me. I didn't like it but ate it compulsorily to fill my stomach

Great location; amazing nature; kids playroom and kids playgrounds around; breakfast and dinner are included; responsive staff.

We were informed that dinner time is 18:30-20:00. We came at 19:00. There were 4 dishes for the dinner in the menu. We needed to wait for ~45 min for each of the 4 dishes. The last dish (dessert) we got at 21:20. 2,5 hours for dinner is too much. Especially when we were waiting with a small inpatient kid.

The room, the location and view are excellent. The easiness to get to the slopes and the walking areas around the Trübsee and the facilities in the ski room are very good.

WIFI in the room was a small "disaster", it hardly works for any convenient streaming of e.g. news programs. Should be improved! The lobby on the 1st floor is nice and comfortable, but lacks coziness, e.g. the lights are much too bright.

Amazing staff, one of the most helpful and kind I saw in Switzerland. Great food (evening 4-course menu was a treat!). We got a better room then booked. Perfect location - both for skiing alone, with friends, and for staying with small children (outdoor and indoor attractions for children). We were seriously not expecting this place will be so great. The hotel manager goes above and beyond for every guest. We felt like at home there.

Sauna room could be a bit renovated. No idea why the windows are covered so you can't see the beautiful mountains while you are there :)

Location is the best! Our room is top notch!

The staff from the reception on our checked in was not that friendly but the other girl when we checked out is better. Somebody from the staff is controlling the television. The volume will just gets to its max which is crazy and when you try to volume it down, it go back up. Then it keeps going back to home. So whoever that is, hope he gets what he deserve!

Hotel is in a stunning location. Sunny during the day with awesome panoramic views. The hotel itself is comfortable, charming and very clean. Staff was extremely friendly, helpful and supportive.

The rooms are comfortable, functional and very clean. Maybe a water kettle to make some tea or coffee would be nice to add.

We came back here again after our winter vacation. We are super happy with everything this hotel provides to us, top quality with outstanding view! Super friendly staff and amazing breakfast & dinner. Will come back again in Winter :-)

We were there with our little boy (2 years). Location is fantastic, half board is very convenient and lots of choices for both breakfast and dinner. Very friendly for young kids and family. Will comeback again!

We are happy with everything except a staff who was working in the restaurant and bar in the evening, not friendly at all. He was so rude… we tried to avoid him. The other staff are very nice!

Enlightening experience even though the weather was not at best

It took some research to understand that access to the property is strictly by cable car, hence you should take in consideration the relevant timetable

From the front desk staff to the food service, everyone was helpful, happy and supportive.

The value for a single room included a four course dinner and a good breakfast bar. The hotel is in the mountain so you can start your day and spot wildlife or exercise.
