A list of what I liked - The restaurant had amazing food and even though switzerland is known for having very expensive meals, all of the meals I ate was worth it. I tried their margharita pizza, and two types of pasta, and they were worth every single penny. - The wellness center! Amazing facility that has a small fitness, pool, a bubble pool, sauna, steam bath, relax room. The pool had an amazing view to the mountains, and We found it very comforting at sunset to sit in the pool and relax. The Sauna and Steam Bath are very relaxing followed by some minutes in the relax room with a nice cup of tea. This made the place 10 times better. - The lounge. They also had a lounge with a 8 ball pool table, table tennis, table football and also lots of sofas. Very nice area but we found it a little bit dry as there was not any people. My thought is that the place was originally designed for Ski vacations, and we were there in the summer so that could explain why the lounge felt a bit dead. - The location. Very peacefull location, and while we were at that stay we felt that the environment gave us a break from our lifes. We are young guys (20 years average age) and a lot of our time is consumed with our telefones, computers etc. This place was a great place to take a break from that technological life. It was peacefull. The view to the mountain, the weather, the air feeling clean, the river stream that we can hear. Everything was great. - The Resort. The resort looked nice and was very clean. We also had a terass that was a nice edition. The only thing we could complain about was the lack of AC (aircondition) in the resort. The resort was primarilly wooden and had a lot of windows. The place could get very hot in the summer. But again I can imagine that the place was designed for Ski vacations in the winter and therefore it would be smart that it is wooden to keep the warmth. - The staff. Very helpfull and kind. nothing more to be said

The only thing to complain about - We felt that the Wellness center closed early, and would have appreciated it being open further till 12 o'clock. It closed at 21 o'clock. - The resort can get hot in the summer. (remember the place is designed for winter ski vacations) That is it. everything else was amazing.

We had a very relaxing family time in extremely clean rooms :) The wellness area was great and the breakfast was perfect. check-in and out were fast and easy. We will go back for sure :) The rooms were warm and the beds including the sofa bed were very comfortable. we had four sets of towels available , all sizes including towels for the wellness area.

I wish we had products in the bathroom. There were only two little soap bottles, we didn't know we had to bring our own. But there is a supermarket next door :D

It was a resort. Meaning it had some features that would help a lot on rainy days. Swimming in the Spa was our favorite thing. Location is perfect in awesome Swiss Alps. People are very nice everywhere. Supermarket attached to the resort. Perfect.

We were confused because of breakfast. We found this on trip advisor for a price with breakfast included. But after booking on Booking.com it excluded that breakfast but the price was the same. Bit confusing and bit of a let down.

The apartment I stayed in was on the ground floor and was nice and easy to go out and walk. The apartment has almost all the necessities. This is my second time staying in this lovely resort.

When checked in, the lady at the reception wasn't helpful and was busy with her mobile and gave us wrong room and insisted there were no other rooms available when I became firm with her hence she changed the room. The apartments are small and stuffed.

We were very satisfied with our stay. The whole complex felt fresh and new. The spa facility was a fantastic addition. The ski storage room was the best I have ever seen. The location to the ski lift, the piste, the restaurant and the supermarket were perfect. It felt very family friendly

The apartment had plenty of closet space, but we felt that the room needed some more hooks on the walls to hang coats or wet clothes. This ought to be a cheap and easy fix. The kitchenette was good enough, but would have been better with four rings instead of two on the hob, a proper oven instead of the multipurpose microwave. Also, a freezer section in the fridge for stuff like ice cream would have been appreciated. Overall the kitchen was very useful, but you had to be smart if you wanted to cook a big meal.

It was our third time in Catrina Resort and it was just as great as the previous two visits. The location of the resort is absolutely perfect for hiking, cycling and exploring the gems of Graubünden. The swimming pool and wellness facilities are great both for the adults as well as the kids. The rooms are spacious, clean and well equipped. Plus the delicious breakfast and absolutely amazing pizza in the pizzeria on site. We will definitely be coming back:)

The staff members at the reception desk were a bit less helpful than during our previous visits (we had to additionally ask to receive the guest cards which should be handed out routinely upon arrival and when asking for advice regarding available hiking routes, operating transport etc. we received very little information - last year we've always been presented with abundance of options in great detail).

The hotel is very comfortable. The fact that you have 3 restaurants and a Coop as a part of the hotel makes your life easy. The rooms are spacious and the balconies are very much appreciated. The skii depot and the sports shop right there makes it ideal for a skii vacation. There is a small learning slope as part of the hotel which is great if you are taking classes, teaching children, or just want to enjoy the snow without going up the mountain. Cannot wait to come back every year

Breakfast buffet could have been better. The offer was not very large. We were ready to pay for it for the whole week and decided against it after the first morning. Also, pool is outdoors and very small considering is the only pool for a lot of people. There should definitely be more pools. One more thing, bathrobes and bath slippers should be provided for people to go to the sauna and pool comfortable.

Small nitpicks: No soap and dishwasher tablets supplied No information what to do with garbage ( apparently you have to separate the garbage in the underground parking garage?) Sauna and steam bath were already shut down at 20.30 on Monday evening. Which is ok but pls then adjust all text mentioning that wellness facilities are available until 2100.

Very friendly staff. Good Sauna, Pool, a working Gym, Restaurant on site served good food. Coop is next door if you need to buy anything. A game room with Table Tennis, Snooker Table, two Fussball tables a couple of sofas in the lounge made it a good experience to relax. The cable car is also next to the resort very convenient after a good days hike.

Beds were not the most comfortable. We were in an apartment and expected the kitchen to be better equipped. Some basic supplies should have been there.

Room excellent. Woodwork, fixtures, color schemes awesome. Amenities great. Breakfast had many options.

Location – far from main train station. Advice on getting to hotel (taxi, Uber, bus, hotel shuttle…).
