Location is great and the accommodation provided everything we needed and more. The accommodation was very basic and so we had low expectations but it was very clean and had the convenience of being centrally located. It was nice to have access to Hard Rock Hotel and their customer service. Our room even had a balcony and if not for the construction nearby during our stay, there's a bit of a mountain view as well.

There was construction going on near the property, but that couldn't be helped. It would've been nice to have a table and chairs on the balcony, instead of just a lounge chair.

Exceptional value for money - location central and perfect near shops and restaurants - free parking on location - cheap given its central location (near Kirchner Museum and Tram to go up the mountain to visit old Sanatorium). My room had a balcony with view on the mountains. Wifi was good. Staff friendly. bedding fine. Bathroom okay and clean. Lift.

Given the price, I thought it was great but it’s a student hall type of accommodation with narrow bed and well used bathroom, no thrills and luxury. There is however a hotel attached to it.

The hotel has perfect location. 2 steps away from famous Promenade street. The bus stop is in the corner. 10 minutes walking to Davos Platz train station. The beds are comfortable and bathroom is sparkling clean. My room had a spacious balcony with sunbed.

Trash must be removed every day.

This is great value in the centre of Davos, for an ensuite room with comfortable bed. Breakfast is very good, and starts at 0700.

The room had a bad smell when I first arrived. The shower didn't work on the first night. It was fixed for the second night. On the second night a noisy neighbour kept me awake. On my last day the breakfast room at Spenglers Inn was closed but no-one had told me that I should go to the Hard Rock Hotel instead. When I got there they made me sit outside the main breakfast room far away from the buffet, so that wasn't a very good experience.

the location is super, very close to the cable car and bus stop. However, it's quite confusing because you have to check in at Hard rock, and pass a few elevators/hallway to get to splengers inn..

there's only room service once every three days; the room is quite compact; not even a kettle to boil water for tea or coffee. curtains are not heavy enough to block daylight.

Staff is very cooperative. Specially attendant Antonio was very friendly and able to help us with smooth process. We were not aware that Hard Rock and Spenglers are same. Late evening there was rock concert which was very energetic. I will suggest while booking always choose breakfast included otherwise it is costly. Spenglers area is old rooms while Hard Rock Hotel is modern.

Stayed here because it was a bike hotel. Great location. Lots space in room and bathroom. Bathroom made a great drying room when wall heater was turned on.

I missed having a kettle.

Great spot, very comfortable bed and clean room. I requested a kettle cause I was preparing for a run in the morning, and after arrival I was happy to see a kettle on the table. Thank you for that:)

Staff attitude, demeanour and helpfulness

"Spengler's Inn" is connected to the Rock Hotel - so at night, only the latter can be seen from the street; "Spengler's Inn" cannot. Remember to enter the Rock Hotel and register there for "Spengler's Inn".

The Spengler Inn is attached to and cooporates with the Hard Rock Hotel. Friendly & welcoming staff makes you forget the COVID Drama. Happy life music is played behind a plasic wall. Space between the tables makes you feel comfortable and even more enjoyable to drink your beer compared to having it in an overcrowded pub. Compliments to the people how made this happen. Good value for less than 150 CHF for one night stay from Saturday to Sunday in February.
