Hotel Helvetia Intergolf

Beds are good. Bathrooms are good too. The majority of clients come from Kuwait, or other Gulf countries, although the level of luxury is not what one finds in hotels in Dubai. The mothers get together in areas near the Reception in a very friendly atmosphere, while children can play in the pool or in a nearby public playground under the supervision of the Phillippino housemaids. The WiFi is not very strong in all areas, but the Hotel offers many Arab-speaking TV channels. The view from the balconies is quite nice. The food at the restaurant is very good.

The carpet in the rooms looks like if it could be changed. Despite the double-glazed windows you can still hear the bells from the nearby empty christian churches at various times of the day, including the weekends, but this is not the fault of the hotel.

+ THE STAFF! Everyone went the extra mile to make us feel comfortable. We came for the weekend for a race event and they all made an effort to accommodate many extra requests. Always with kindness and a smile. If we will decide to come back next year, we know where to stay! Again thank you, definitely helped make us run faster!

Fantastic service, attention to the clients. We had a room upgrade to a fantastic appartement with the view on the mountains and the village. Comfortable beds, water, tee and coffee in the room. There are free hotel ski bus, free ski pass for kids and discount for adults. Also we got 2 bottles of water snd candies for a child at the check out. The hotel is kids friendly: pool open for kids till 20:00, bathrobe and sleepers for child, kids play room. Location is great, close to the ski station and skating ring. Delicious food in the restaurant.

Breakfast was delicious. There was enought of everything. Hotel was near to the centre. Around is lot of shops. The view from balcony was amazing and room too! And stuff was very friendly and nice.

I think hot tub could be more warm.

we had dinner 4 times in the hotel’s restaurant during our stay and we found the prices to be a bit on the high side, e.g. chf 48 for a Viennese schnietzel ;)

Our stay was amazing. The reception was probably the most helpful i've ever seen. They always took extra time to help us figure out activities around the mountain. Our plans got ruined because of bad weather, but we still had an amazing time thanks to them. Hand sanitisers were all over the place, very clean. Restaurant and bar were open, even if covid restrictions were applied, tables had enough distance and we never had an issue finding one. Breakfast was super! Very large buffet for all tastes. Even the boiled eggs were perfectly runny! View from the room was stunning... Looking the hotel from outside is also beautiful. Dont even get me started about how accommodating they were with out pet friend. They even had a bed for him and a water/food recipient. Nothing was missing from our room. Everything was perfect. The sauna combined with the ice bath was exactly what i needed after a long day of hiking. All around it was a great stay, and i would go back again.

The pool area needs an updated look and i wish it was a bit bigger for more swimming. Restaurants menu was boring, very basic (but there were options for vegetarians and vegans!)

The facility is very good and the location is amazing. The bar is well equipped to make just about anything you may want and the Breakfast was very good.

Restaurant staff was very nice and friendly but the front desk staff was not very friendly. They did not do or say anything that was actively negative just had very stern looks on their faces and they were not greeting anyone who was not checking in. I guess as an American I am just used to a higher level of friendliness especially at a 4 star hotel.

This is quite typical ski resort hotel but everything is very clean and comfortable. The staff is super friendly and helpful. They did upgrade of our room because of my upcoming birthday so it was a great surprise. Plus I should mention really good restaurant with beautiful breakfasts and dinners. With a room at the hotel you have the ski pass with a good discount, which was also a pleasant surprise. Overall awesome experience at the hotel.
