The location of the hotel was very nice, the breakfast was also delicious with a lot of options. The room was comfortable with a beautiful view.
When we were about to leave and close the bill there was a different person at the reception than during our stay. I prepaid our stay, except the breakfast and the fee for our dog. The receptionist insisted that I only paid for 1 night (instead of our full stay, 2 nights). I tried to show her the confirmation from Bookings and also from my bank but she became extremely rude and treated us like a garbage. She even acted out, by starting to throw things around and swearing. After she made a phone call and turned out that we were right, she didn't even apologize!

Very clean. Quick check in. Small balcony with chairs and table and side view on the Brienz lake. Very nice buffet breakfast with a wide variety of sweet and savory food.
Too expensive for what you get. We booked a triple room but they converted a sofa into a bed with a very hard mattress and not comfortable. Small room. 15 minutes walk away from everything.
