Comfortable for 4 people. Location was very good Easy check in Very nice kitchen

I found it very inconvenient to have to remove even the car at 10am. Does the garage need any cleaning? Then why not just allow customers to park a bit longer? I tried to call to ask for this possibility and it was impossible to contact anyone from the apartment. There was no way I could contact them. Additionally, All signs/letters and communications were available only in German. Are tourists supposed to know German?

The room is well equipped and the kitchen has more than everything you need.

We arrived late and there was no staff which made entering the hotel very difficult, we had to do web check-in standing on the road and get an electronic key to enter. This process should be mentioned more clearly on booking.com. There's not so much to see/do in that area for multiple days and you need to drive a long way wasting a lot of precious time to visit elsewhere.

Great location to everything we had planned. Clean and spacious room for the family.

No staff on sight after a certain time so make sure you check in ahead of time online AND download app because you must have to open door when you arrive. We did not have service inside the hotel so if no app was downloaded we would have not been able to get it. We only stayed from 9:00pm to 8:00am still had to pay that extra fee for cleaner. Price is already high and it should have been included.

The hotel location was super good facing the mountain and at the village center. The Staff was very nice and cooperative and always smiling. We had the mountain facing room which had an amazing view. All the facilities in the room we perfect for a holiday apartment.

Being at the village centre, it was a little noisy at night if you keep the windows open. A small fan in the room would be great for peak summer.

The apartment itself was very modern in design and with good space management. The kitchenette was very modern and well equipped. The welcome kit had all the essentials (dishwasher tabs, Oil for cooking).

There was a broken electric bulb in the holder and caused me an electric shock. They need to do a thorough check before renting the property out to new occupants.

Location is perfect with scenic views. 5 mins from Adelboden Post bus stop. 30 minutes bus ride from Frutigen train station. Rooms are spacious, appropriate for large families. All Kitchen equipment is like brand new. Well thought of and fully equiped from fridge, dishwasher, oven, coffee machine, blender and other small appliances. Rooms same as in pictures no difference. Travel time 2 hours 30 mins to Grindewald and 2 hours 50 mins to Zaermatt.

Cant think of anything that was out of place.

We loved the bathroom, the water pressure and decor was amazing. The location of the hotel is perfectly in the centre of Adelboden, and the staff were extremely friendly. The parking is an added price but its worth it. The hotel also provided us with free passes to all the mountain lifts in Adelboden. Overall, it was a great experience.

Loved the place. The lady who received us was great and helpful. The rooms were really nice and big. The kitchen had everything. The bathroom was posh and lovely. They also give you a welcome box that has everything you need for cooking and cleaning. I have no words to describe how great we felt there. We loved it so much that we extended for an other night. We are currently on a Europe Trip and hands down this is the best hotel apartment I have been too.

Very well equipped apartment, comfortable and new. Central location in Adelboden, easy to access lifts and facilities in town.

Noise from other apartments (mostly from inside the building - people walking/running in the hallway or other apartments, doors closing, people talking in the hallway, banging in walls) can be very disruptive.

* Great rooms with attention to details, all what we needed was there including all kitchen tools. * Great staff. They provided help when we needed. * Great location * Parking and electric car charging.

* Noise at night because of the pub. * On the last day of our 4 days stay we found a small cockroach inside the room.
