Hotel Reina Petronila

Great hotel at a great location and at a great price during summer low tourist season. The staff is ver helpful and nice, and they have a nice paid parking on site. Very close to Aragonia mall, with plenty of astronomic and shopping options, as well as plenty other businesses in the vicinities

The WiFi is very low quality and low coverage all around the hotel. At the room our devices were often using 5G because they got disconnected from the wifi. And whenever there was coverage, the wifi was very very slow

Staff at the reception were very helpful and efficient. They even gave us complimentary access to the spa. The room was a huge corner superior room (around 45-50m2) with a wonderful view. Bed was huge and there was a lot of storage capacity. The breakfast buffet was excellent and the opening times were awesome... 8am to 12! The maître at the breakfast room was so helpful to prepare my wife a yummy breakfast box with coffee to go because she didn't make it on time. The bath and shower were very stylish and the size was enormous (5m2), never seen such a monumental green marble bath&shower room. My wife left her earrings in the room, I called reception and they found them in a split second. Marvelous place, would definitely try again!

The climate control in the room wasn't very accurate or maybe the inverted hot air system stopped working, so at night it was a bit cold. However, after calling reception they brought me a heater in no time, so all fine! The water closet, although very stylish, was a little narrow for a big guy like me and my elbows were hitting the walls quite often.

Car parking, with a 5 star hotel who charges for parking (18€) I would suggest a member of staff parked your car as the car park, which was under the hotel, you had to drive up a street, around a bend, back down the road to get into the hotel, across a main road around a block of buildings, back across the main road and into the car park, all with a little map and in my case in the dark... I would expect to get a complimentary bottle of water and not be charged€2.30. The bar staff (4) were not attentive and I struggled to get their attention to get a beer after a long day’s driving.

I loved the big rooms and the modern ambiente , also everything was there you need totally clean everything. The bar / restaurant area is really cool, nice flair. I loved a lot the big choice of tapas. lso the service- staff is amazing friendly. Nice SPA Area whit a big Whirlpool, a Sauna and an Indoor Pool.

The SPA Area could be Renovated on some points you can see it's necessary.

we were on a road trip and travelling into France so half way through. we were up graded on our room which was super and given access to the spa. it was very easy to get to and parking was great(23€ ) charged but that seems to par for the course Spa was a welcome addition. but needs a bit of a touch up.

there wasn’t anything not to like.

Parking, the room, and the breakfast ~ everything was beyond the expectation. You need to drive to the backside of the hotel building when you approaching from Zaragosa cathedral.

Check in process took quite a time appox.20 minutes though we were the only guests. Internet wifi was slow in the room. It was a luxury night away on the way to Madrid from Moncerrat. highly recommandable~~♡

As always we had a good stay the staff are very helpful. It’s a very convenient place to stay there are lots of shops, bars, and restaurants around the hotel.

If we have any complaint at all it would be that the Televisions do not have the facility to change to an English language. But that’s a small irritation

Staff at the hotel were fantastic, we couldn’t find the actual car park so we parked in the one next to it whilst we checked in the man on reception then took our ticket and went with my husband to show him where to park. The location was good for us as it was just a stop over hotel whilst travelling. The room was fantastic and spotless, the bed was comfy and clean and the shower was amazing.

lovely modern hotel with great bar area parking was lovely and secure. Miguel checked us in and was super friendly and helpful. we’d just driven a long way so it was his lovely greeting was welcomed

nothing - if I have to be super picky, the jacuzzi and steam room could have been warmer but it was very relaxing

everything was amazing! the spa is wonderful, with a very beautiful view and a super calming atmosphere. The room was clean and stylish! The breakfast was delicious! The stuff was super friendly and always ready to help. Thank you very much! We enjoyed everything!
