The room was nicely presented, with plenty of towels, fresh sheets, and additional tourist information. The room provides ample space for work and relaxing. The wifi connection is perfect, but a bit slow if you need to download files.
The cleaning staff arrive quite early in the morning - around 8:30 a.m. - and this can be a bit of a hindrance if you're getting ready to go out or dealing with an early morning business meeting. The cleanliness is acceptable, but I was a bit disappointed to find a lot of dust in the wardrobe and on the bed frame.

The hotel is located about 10 minutes walk from the historical center and 15 minutes walk from the bus station. They have a restaurant (was closed when I was there) or you walk to Plaza Mayor or around it to find restaurants and other shops, although there are 1 or 2 bars closer. The room was comfortable, quiet and with some view. Wifi good. Staff ok. The breakfast begins at 6 am what was very good because I had an early bus to catch. Breakfast was good.

The staff was very kind and helpful. Street parking was not an issue, there were plenty of free spaces around. The room is according to the pictures shown, no surprises and enough for two persons. Bathroom was quite new, in good conditions.
Walls are thin. The radiator in our room was leaking but no serious issue due to this, we handled it with a towel.
