the quality of the food is quite nice. the staff brought us a welcome water bottle, a welcome champagne bottle and some fruit. it was a really nice surprise!

the buffet for dinner is expensive if you’re not that hungry to eat lots and really take profit of it, but the food was nice and had a lot of variety. it is not allowed to smoke in the balconies/terraces, you have to go outside the hotel areas

Excellent service. Kind and courteous staff who actually care and do their best for you. The room and view was spectacular - looking over the mountains. The indoor pool was really lovely, clean and refreshing. The outdoor pool is huge and relaxed. The breakfast was excellent with a wide range of hot and cold food. We invited friends and had a feast of a buffet evening meal at a bargain price. The cava flowed and drinks were reasonable. Overall a fantastic price for what we got and fully recommended!

The staff were friendly and helpful. The room and bathroom were really big, with a lovely terrace. The whole hotel was really pretty and in a stunning location with beautiful scenery. The spa was amazing, for a really good price.

I stayed in peak holiday season so it was busy, so I expect a little noise but the rooms were not insulated at all for noise. We could hear the people in the next room talking. We could hear babies crying very loudly (not their fault I know!). It was extremely noisy and was difficult to sleep through the night with hearing everything going on.

Great hotel, secluded and surrounded by nature. Lovely large indoor swimming pool, and excellent restaurant on site. With an outdoor terrace so you can eat with your dog:)

The additional room service charge in the weekend is very expensive..14 euros! Even though in the hotel app it mentions 3.50 euros. Manager was not on site on Sunday when checking out unfortunately, so I was not able to resolve the matter then and there..

The room was very comfortable. We took our dog with us and he was quite welcome. Receptionist very professional and kind. The breakfast was good too with plenty of options. The outdoor pool was lovely.

We had a meal in the gastro bar which was expensive and very poor quality. The salad looked limp and just emptied out of a bag. We complained but the rude waitress said that's what they offer and didn't try to make amends. I would have been embarrassed to serve such a poor dish.

Air conditioning was great! Room was clean and big. Staff were very helpful and kind.

It’s a bit out of the way. Fortunately we drove to Spain so it wasn’t too bad but for anybody travelling by taxi/foot it’s very secluded. Outdoor pool closes very early 19:30 to be exact. Indoor pool is very dark and dreary.

This is our second time to the hotel and it’s a wonderful break from city life. The lodge is private but homely and provides wonderful catering and views. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly. With a little baby, it is also great to have the option for late checkout.

Only thing is that the walls are a little thin so you can hear what’s going on next door (and they can probably hear us!)

We needed to stay one night near Seva, so it was good option

The hotel is a little tired, some spots, balconies, walls needed renovation. Also the breakfast was a little strange for me- for 16 eur you get a big choice of meat, sausage, bacon but ANY vegetables or salad. Vegan people would be really hungry.

Room was very spacious. Bed very comfortable.

Problems with the water in room. No water for a while. Then dirty water coming out of tap. Arrived on Wednesday. Hotel was very quiet. Main buffet closed on Thursday morning. Open on Friday morning but as there were very few people warm food was very dried up. Better on Saturday as hotel was much busier.

Shower was weird. Suddenly while showering hot water came out (very hot). I needed to warn my son before he entered the shower
