The staff are wonderful and friendly and try their best to make your stay a pleasant and comfortable one.The location is pretty good, just outside the old town, the staff are fantastic, the room stylish and clean. We pretty much walked everywhere from the hotel. There's a large supermarket (Consum) nearby where you can get water and all your supplies.

Whether you like your room or not depends somewhat on which room you get. We requested a quiet room and got assigned one that was facing the back of the property. It was on the top floor and quiet, however and I guess with the intense summer heat, the air conditioning couldn't cope with cooling the room down even in the evening so it was kind of uncomfortable. We managed to get the room changed a couple of days later the overall experience was much much better, with a room that faced the street, although it was noisier, the layout of the room was also better. Your mileage may vary depending on the time of year that you stay.

The location is very good, with everything in walking distance, close to a metro station, as well as two of the hop-on hop-off stations. It is also outside the crowded and somehow dirty narrow streets of the city center, but still very close to this universe. I also appreciated the fact that they knew about my husband’s birthday celebration while there and they welcome us with a very nice room decorated with chocolate candies, ballons and a nice hb message. Good breakfast.

We didn’t quite like that there was very cold in the room, it was as if nobody had stayed there before, it was smelling like winter. And we were not very successfull in solving the problem with the air-conditioning. It was also strange to have had a bathroom for disabled persons, it was not very mentally comfortable.

The location is good,near botanical garden and 10 minutes to Mercado Central. Room size was decent, comfortable bed. Restaurant at base floor looking good, same breakfast everyday but also decent..Cleaning was done daily. Staff was very nice, you can leave your luggage also after checkout till flight

As a lot of boutique hotels, this was also converted from an old building so although the room was renovated and bed was comfortable, problems appeared, like a leak in the ceilling which poured water in the room hallway and bad smell through the shower drain due to “raining in Valencia a lot and city pipes are old..” Also be aware that shower and toilet are separated with glass windows not doors..The staff was very kind, apologized and offered another room for the leak problem, jacuzzi one but with window facing a space between buildings where air conditioning were making a lot of noise.

The room is very new and modern, with a balcony and nice views. The bed was super comfy, we only spent one night but slept wonderfully. The rate was amongst the most affordable options for this period (las fallas) and we were happy we found this hotel.

Overall the experience was very nice. 2 things to point out: The toilet has a glass door right next to the bed and doesn’t really give you a lot of privacy. There is no power outlet next to the bed, in order to charge the phones overnight. We had to unplug the telefohone on one side in order to do that.

I was really really happy with this hotel! First of all, I wrote a note while booking the room where I said that I wanted a nice room with big windows if possible because I will surprise my boyfriend for his birthday. When arriving the very nice lady in the reception told me that everything was done and she even gave us an upgrade. When arriving in the room I saw that they even decorated the room a little bit with balloons, even a Happy Birthday quote on the mirror, and some sweets and cava. I was really really happy and more than satisfied with choosing this hotel! Thank you very much again and hopefully see you soon! :)

Great location, quirky room on top floor with very high exposed tiled/beamed ceiling, large bathroom, plenty of storage, comfortable bed, room cleaned and towels replaced every day if required. Didn’t use the restaurant but breakfast looked good. Lots of bars and restaurants within a short distance. Really enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

Big room, lots of towels, comfy bed, great shower. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was tasty and plenty of it. Good value for money. The hotel is very close to the lovely Botanic Gardens and a short distance from lots of bars, restaurants etc.

Air con didn't seem to work very well ... it got very warm in the night and trying to reset the temperature didn't make much difference. Very poor and limited selection of tea and coffee. I think a smart hotel like this can do better than Nescafe.

This hotel is outstanding, I highly recommend it to anyone visiting València. The location is perfect for exploring and is in walking distance of all the attractions - we even walked to the City of Science and Arts and to the beach, but taxis are cheap if you’d prefer not to! The staff here are so kind and friendly. We loved chatting to them and they were always on hand to help. They provided us with a charger after we forgot ours, and offered to give us recommendations and advice. They made us feel at home whilst also giving us space. Thank you all so much. The room was beautiful. I loved the lighting, tiling and the feature brick wall. It was clean and spacious enough for a 3 night stay. We had breakfast on our final morning and it was great value for money. The Juliana restaurant is very pretty.

My only criticism is that when we went for breakfast (admittedly, we got there at 10:10 when it was due to finish at 10:30), the waiters didn’t ask us if we were finished before they started packing everything up. However, the selection was good for such a low price.

The hotel's location is good. Is exactly 12 minutes walking from the Mercado. It is further away from the rest of the city (squares, bars, restaurants). The area is nice but there is nothing around there which you would consider it sightseeing. Comfy beds. Double shower.

Paper thin walls. Better to ask for a room than no one is staying above you. For the facilities it should be cheaper, in comparison with the rest of the hotels in the area.

Staff, night and day extremely helpful and friendly. Lunch at the Julianna restaurant was good quality at a very competitive price, €13.50 for 3 courses, good paellas.Breakfast was also very good, with plenty of options to suit all needs.Very impressed with rooms and loved the double showers. Only 10 minutes walk from Central Market and 10 minutes from good nightlife and squares past Towers.

I have no negatives at all.
