Hotel Murillo

This small hotel has much to commend it. It is comfortable and as described on the booking site. It is in the heart the old city and short walk to several of the main attractions. The staff were helpful and cheerful, and the reception desk is staffed 24x7 which is useful. The buffet breakfast booked at a discounted price at checkin was very good value. A restaurant offering local dishes is right outside the door and others are not far away.

There were no issues within the hotel, but be warned! Being in the Old Town brings delightful also means navigating high sided narrow lanes which all look the same. Google Maps often failed within the maze.

Perfect location walking distance to main train station, cathedral, all tourist must sees, cafés, bars and restaurants! Very clean, rooms cleaned daily, nice size with plenty of room to store luggage and organize clothing. Room overlooked alley with restaurant bar that stayed opened until 1am not an issue with noise after midnight. Bathroom nice size with tub/shower. Room had AC. Try the restaurant/bar across the alley such a quiet place away from the crowds with great menu and reasonably priced food and drinks. Great value this was our second stay and we'd definitely come back! Recommend

The pillows could have been more comfortable

Everything else. The view on the terrace, the very nice staff, the cleaning was great, the fact that the bathroom was large. The Hotel is only 5 minutes away from the Cathedral. The lobby was extremely nice, better than the pictures. It was good quality versus price.

The room was a little bit too dark since the window was in front of a wall/extremely small interior place so I did not had much natural light. The room was smaller than I thought. It was difficult to place my big baggage in a comfortable position.

Simple and clean room, all the necessary facilities, and comfortable beds. The bathroom is big and there is a small fridge to keep a few stuff and water cool. The view was nothing special, since the balcony faced the small road in front of the hotel, but every corner of Seville is beautiful. In the morning it starts getting busy early, but during the night it is very quiet and so we could keep the balcony doors open and slept wonderfully, despite the heat during the day. Its central location is ideal to get to know the city. The early check in and the late check out is also a good reason to pick this hotel, especially if you are there for a short day's trip.

We just stayed for a night and everything was perfect.

Excellent choices at breakfast buffet, delicious pastries, quality hot and cold beverages as well as hot choices. Best to book in advance, served until 12 noon, so one canl fill up before sightseeing tours!! Comfortable double bed, fluffy towels and clean, spacious marble bathroom with bath and power shower, cleaned daily. Reception and restaurant staff very professional and helpful. We were able to leave our luggage for 3 hours after check out, without any problem, allowing us to gon the 2nd day of our bus tour. Reception staff readily gave advice re directions to places of interest or bus tour stops, restaurants etc.

Hotel Murillo was absolutely PERFECT!! Every was super smooth from free airport pick up to the simple but clean and charming room with very comfy beds/pillows to the staff at the desk who were very helpful. the location was also PERFECT! Central / historic - walking distance to several of the main sites. I would definitely stay here again and absolutely recommend it.

No one told us about the amazing rooftop view!!!! Unfortunately, we found out about it the morning were were leaving so we ran up and checked it out and took some pics. Would have been breathtaking to see at nighttime.

Generally everything, the staff were friendly and helpful and polite, especially Rosio, close proximity to attractions bars and restaurants.Good breakfast.

The noise after 11P.M. was really bad ,from inside the hotel ,some nights people shouting , guitar playing , singing, and at 3 in the morning and extremely loud phone calls. that was my only complaint., but need a policy

The location is really nice in the city center which is really close (only by walking) to the most touristic places. In front of the hotel, there is a good restaurant and gift shop. Our room has plenty space balcony and it is nice. The toilet&bathroom are quite large and comfy, there are a foot washer and hairdryer too. The cleaning room service did a good job every day.

There is no water heater in every room to make tea or coffee by ourselves but there is a little fridge to keep your drink cold enough during hot days. In the lobby there is a hand sanitizer but it is always empty from the first day until the last day we stay there.. If you want to do laundry we need to go to another building (apartment in front of the hotel) at the top part of the building without any roof so it is quite hot during the day under the sun.

No luxuries, perhaps, but everything that's needed for a comfortable stay. Given the localization -- in the very heart of the historical part of Seville, 5-10 minutes from most landmarks -- I doubt anything better could be found for the price. If you want to experience Seville -- and believe me, it's worth it -- it would make a great base for walks, sightseeing and bar-hopping.

It would be nice for the vending machine to be available at night. I mean, that's the entire point of having a vending machine at a hotel -- so that guests can buy some soda when all the stores and bars are closed. If you have trouble sleeping in anything other than absolute silence, better invest in some ear stoppers -- the AC is quite loud, and turning it off and opening the window makes you only hear the much louder sound of other rooms' AC from the patio.

A highly recommended place to spend a nice time in Seville, next to all the city's attractions. A spacious, clean, stylish and comfortable apartment with a bedroom and a lounge area. The terrace overlooking the roofs and the streets of Seville added comfort and charm. The hotel serves breakfast in the form of a buffet and many variants. The service is very helpful and nice. We will definitely come back.
