The Hotel is 10 min walking minutes from the Sevilla city / sightseeing located. The Staff (except the cleaning) speaks English and is well-trained. Receives phone calls, and you don't have to wait for too long to do a booking. Knows how to deal with customers. My room was located on the 2nd floor, facing Main Street, but you don't really hear the stress noises. The room was spacious and furnished with a clean bathroom, wardrobe, TV, minibar, etc. They welcome you with a bottle of water, which is really nice. If you are coming by car, the car-park is down below the Hotel, which makes travel much easier. They even have 1 electric spot for your E-car. If you would like to stayer higher up - as the Hotel has 9 floors) I recommend you, to call upfront your booking and to ask for your fav. Floor. The reception is 24h there for you. I am already a huge fan of the Hotel Chain and will try out the one in Córdoba, Eurostars Azahar.

The first room they have given me - for Christmas 25.12.23!!! It was a pitch-dark suit during daylight (1 p.m.), also located on the 2nd floor, I believe it was NR. 211, and my Christmas mood instantly changed. I mean, who wants to stay in the broom closet if you have paid for such a nice Hotel? I recommend you strongly to ask about the view upfront of the booking! But, they handled the situation well and got me another one. (I have added the darker room, so you can see the difference of atmosphere) On Christmas Day!

Very nice hotel in a great location to walk round Seville. We were there for a family wedding but have stayed in Seville before. Very east to get to the car park below the hotel, the reception team were super friendly and helpful, the hotel was spotless, nice room, big shower, 2 terraces with chairs, table and loungers, excellent buffet breakfast. Not overly expensive and would definitely stay there again.

No bar in the hotel or tea/coffee making facility in the room would be my only complaints. Very minor as there are loads of bars round the hotel and coffee machines in reception.

I loved everything about this hotel. The location was perfect, just a short pleasant stroll to the popular sights. Our suite was beautiful. It was clean , super comfortable and spacious. The staff were very welcoming and nice. The buffet breakfast was incredible. They had everything and more. I would highly recommend this place, and definitely stay here again if i visit Sevilla.

The room was spacious and nice and it had balcony. The breakfast was okay.

Parking was very expensive - we paid 27 eur/night and we saw in the reviews that in January this year it was 18 eur/night and in February 22 eur/night (there are other parkings in the city less expensive, but you have to reserve it in advance).

Friendly and helpful staff, who were kind enough to allow us early check-in. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Breakfast is great with good variety. Further it is well located, 10 min walk from the historic center.

If I try really hard to find, I would recommend to fix the room air conditioning settings. Room was too warm for winter.

The room and bed were very comfy. Excellent soundproofing, the only noise we could hear was from the hallway; no voices through walls. Great location.

There were some technological challenges connecting to wifi or checking minibar prices, we got 'electronic license expired' errors. Coffee capsule machine in lounge had no instructions and we never succeeded in operating it. I checked out online and was told to leave my card in the box at reception. There was no box and everyone had to go through a double-check with the staff, which defeated the purpose of having a smooth online checkout.

The rooms are spacious and extremely comfortable. No view from the window but very quiet and very little noise from other rooms or the corridor. It feels safe even though on a busy through road. The rooms are cleaned thoroughly daily with fresh towels. The bathroom is big. The bed is nice and firm. If I return to Seville I would stay here again as it is all so well managed and organised.The staff are obliging,professional and ready to help.

Location is about 10 minutes walk from the main sights but on the other hand is less hectic and is right next to Triana and the river.

Booked a room only with parking included. All we wanted as plenty of places to have breakfast "in the street". Easy parking. Easy check-in with staff exceptionally helpful. The room was superb; modern, spacious, very comfortable bed, good bathroom with large shower. No noise from the main street outside, Republica Argentina. The hotel is ideally located to where we needed to be.

Very minor, but I had hoped to get a (good) coffee first thing, next day, from the cafeteria next to the reception, but it was closed. I was directed to the restaurant which was a) very busy, & b) only had machine coffee (yuk!).

The room is spacious, tastefully furnished, the bed is large, very comfortable, comfortable pillows, the bathroom is also spacious, renovated, with all the necessary things, soft towels and a basic hygiene set were available. The minibar in the room is filled with drinks and snacks. The air conditioner is very efficient, I like that it doesn't blow directly, but completely cools the room, it's also extremely quiet (I've never experienced air conditioning in a hotel room being so quiet), so it's possible to sleep with the air conditioner on and closed window, which is almost a necessity in hot Seville. Our room faced the inside (not the street) and it was extremely quiet, not even the slightest noise could be heard from neighboring rooms or corridors - the hotel is perfectly soundproofed. The hotel is very nice and renovated. You can get to the reception by taking the elevator from the ground floor to the first floor and then to the room again with another elevator. The hotel has a 24 hour reception so it was great for late check in. Next to the hotel there are shops and restaurants. Breakfast was excellent - vegetables (zucchini, mushrooms), pie, scrambled eggs, cheese, good coffee, honey, jam, butter, boiled eggs, muffins, fresh bread, juice, plant-based milk. The hotel is perfect in every way. We subsequently booked another night. Parking can be found in the streets next to the hotel during weekends and is free. The location of the hotel is excellent, about a 15-minute walk to the center of Seville and Plaza de Espana.

We picked this as there was a deal over Christmas in Seville and it looked in a good location. The rooms are very spacious with a big balcony (if requested) and come equipped with safe and stocked mini-fridge. Small wardrobe is provided but little storage space and no hooks any where in the room to hang your coat! Shower is great and has complementary shower gel and shampoo. Fast free WiFi throughout. The lobby does contain nice seating and tea/coffee facilities. The hotel gym is in the basement and looks brand new, with two treadmills, two bikes, and two cross-trainers. There are also some dumbells and a multi-gym. There is a sauna and steam room but they are off, you have to request reception turn them on 30 mins before you need them. Finally, it's a 15 minute pleasant walk into town for the Cathedral, but there is the 5 and 40 bus that go over the bridge to save some time, and legwork. Highly recommend walking to Traina district as well for food and drinks.

The AC is fine but struggled to get the room below 22⁰C which in winter is fine but in summer would be a concern. Also no coffee/tea facilities in the room, and few plug sockets - none near the bed which would be useful. Also don't try to work in the room, the desk is tiny and the chair is not conducive to working.
