Location is fantastic, Blue room is amazing and breakfast superb. Staff are so friendly and helpful and can't do enough to help - made recommendations for restaurants and made reservations for you. Also recommended places to visit

Location was good. Lovely and delicious breakfast with lots of fresh choices. Good view over city from rooftop and from bedroom. Friendly helpful staff.

Confusing lift system which I guess was for residents security as there is a nightclub and very popular rooftop bar at the hotel. Both of which lead to queues outside daily in evenings. Battling through the queues was annoying and uncomfortable at night. Disappointed for a 5 star hotel that there was not automatically access without reservation to the rooftop bar - you normally would expect clients to have priority over non-residents. For that reason it didn’t have the five star feel. Didn’t get to use the pool but it is very small thought is a nice panoramic place on rooftop. Missed a residents downstairs lounge there were two chairs in the reception area and that was all.

We stayed in one of the penthouse rooms and enjoyed the terrace with jacuzzi bath. We loved the art and design. the staff was very helpful and attentive. Location is perfect.

We would have preferred a breakfast with more choice reflective of the quality of the hotel and room cost. We were slightly disappointed that the bar was closed. However we realise the bar and breakfast may be restricted due to COVID 19.

Great location next to the river. Everything is walkable. Funky hotel, cool comfortable rooms, super stay! The staff especially on the front desk (Rafa) couldn’t be more helpful, friendly and professional. What more can you ask for, he even booked us into a restaurant when we couldn’t find a place to eat from 638 plus local eateries. The roof top cocktail bar was also lovely, city views from your hotel! Breakfast also excellent in a lovely dining area.

The pool opens later in the season and from a purely selfish perspective I would have liked it to have been open, but I completely understand why it opens when it does. I couldn’t find a single thing I didn’t like about our stay!

Gorgeous boutique hotel. Lovely staff and service were very good. Julia and Christian are extremely helpful at check-in. Location nice too. Comfortable beds, which I normally struggle with in Europe. It was refreshing not to have a rock-hard bed. Breakfast was very good also. Its definitely a hotel for younger ppl, great vibe, a night club downstairs and wonderful rooftop. Even with all that, the room was super quiet. I wish I knew about it in my younger days.

Perfume in the hotel. It was way too strong and not that pleasant. Like a cheap toilet spray. I had to ask house keeping not to use it when they cleaned the room. That helped a lot. It was very dark in the room. It's too dark for an older lady like myself. It's definitely a hotel for younger ppl. If you can afford the bigger room, they have more light during the day because of an extra window

The property is perfectly located in a stunning building. We stayed in a penthouse suite which was extremely spacious and well appointed. However, the hotel stands out from others with the staff, every single individual we encountered was polite, friendly and professional. From the housekeeping team, waiting staff and amazing reception team, no request was too much. I wish I could remember more names to thank however a stand out for sure is the head receptionist Rafa, we were greeting with a smile and told about the rich history of Seville, he then wrote us out a selection of things to do and see all marked out on a map for our convenience, a true hospitality professional. Huge thanks to everyone, we hope to be back soon.

Beautiful property, really good location. Stayed in the hot tub room, really good as the main pool was not in use, room itself was spacious. For breakfast you are able to select one of the main items on the menu but unable to add sides or have a second - portions are so so in size but there was fruit, cold meats, cheese and bread available in a buffet set up. When it’s gone it’s gone.

Breakfast is lovely but people should be able to add or remove items. Also removed complimentary bottle of Prosecco before there was a chance to drink it and did not remove actual rubbish.

Great roof bar with fabulous views of the city. Breakfast room quirky and stylish. Breakfast lovely and staff attentive. Fabulous shower in bedroom. Room spotlessly clean and towels changed at evening turn down service. Brilliant central location. Reception staff friendly and extremely helpful.

Apart from roof terrace, nowhere else in hotel to sit, relax and people watch. Cocktail bar dark and gloomy and reception area had only 2 chairs. There was a conservatory type area on the first floor, which wasn’t very appealing. Hotel lacks a focal point indoors.

The hotel is located a great place. The room are adequate size and the high ceiling helps made it feel spacious. All in all the rooms are beautiful the only downside is the dark wall. The best thing about Hotel Lobby were the staff. The front desk were so helpful and as a solo traveller that was beyond helpful. Every member of the front desk from Paula, Julia, Stephania, Carlos and Christian were so helpful, from taking time to show me the best place to have lunch off the beaten path, to booking a massage. Thanks to front desk and Jorge, I avoided getting to the airport too early. During breakfast Jorge who served breakfast, gave me tips on were to go which made the tour of Sevilla so so much easier. The bed was one of the most comfortable i have ever slept in. The shower was a dream. The water pressure and the temperature made each mornign a delight. The breakfast was amazing I ordered different toasties every morning it was soooooo good!!!! Thanks Julia, Carlos, Paula, Stephania, Christian, Jorge, Luis and Camilla. Even the housekeeping team (Noelia) were helpful.

The dark walls made the room dark. That I absolutely hated and nearly moved to a different hotel. The only reason I stayed was because the staff are Hotel Lobby were incredibly helpful, friendly and patient. They All deserve a raise. Nothing was too small for them. They were patient and that is why i would consider staying at Lobby Hotel in the future.

A quirky, boutique hotel in a great location in the city close to the river and walking distance to all the sights. No expense has been spared on the luxury decor and interior design throughout. This hotel has a great rooftop bar with a small, but beautiful pool. We really appreciated being able to use the space after checkout while we waited for our flight. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was really good.

With so many beautiful things everywhere, the room was a little cluttered but this wasn't really a problem for a short stay and is of course what makes this place so fabulous.
