Location was great litterly less than 5 min walk to the main front beach shops ect Pool was a great size a little cold at first Great sitting on the balcony first thing of a morning having a coffee

It is what u pay for , could do with up dating if they could get air con great but all rooms should come with fans The snack bar at the pool was ok but his prices were poor for food €5 for chips €5 for nuggets So he could do with lowering his prices for shaw U can rent fans u get your deposit back and u have to rent the tv remote which u get back aswell The sun lounges round the pool need updating ASAP as they do adjust u just lie down flat plus there isn’t enough umbrellas for shade And u have to be quick to get a bed as it’s like wacky races if u don’t que from 8am An be careful if u have the white chairs outside your apartment u might have to put them in your room as people take them in the night and put the old chairs they have in there apartment

Lovely friendly complex. Very friendly, helpful staff. Bright, comfortable accommodation. The sofa bed is one of the comfiest I've ever stayed on, even in higher star properties. The decor is bright and spacious, plenty of storage space. On checkout, cases are stored in a locked room behind reception. Amazing shower room to use before you leave. Lovely pool area and great kids pool. Small snack bar that we used a few times, food is nice. This was our second year in a row to stay. The people that stay there are nice, no rowdies. I think they have a lot of repeat guests. Also they have Netflix, Amazon Prime and YouTube on the TV, you just use your own account. Perfect for wind down for the kids when they need a break from the sun and also great to watch something at night time after they are asleep if you want. But balconies are lovely and peaceful to sit on at night.

Its a 5-10 minute walk to beach/strip but that's Puerto del Carmen - everything can't be on the beach. There's no kids club/slides in pools/ kids entertainment, but it's a small complex so that's not to be expected. It's so cosy and friendly that kids naturally meet each other and play together at the pool.

The apartment was very clean. The staff were friendly and always willing to help.

The only negative was the outdoor patio furniture was pretty basic & old. Other apartments had updated reclining chairs but ours didn’t. However it didn’t spoil the holiday.

On holidaySecond time being here and can't wait to go back. The staff our excellent in every way. Comfortable beds. Spacious room. Beautiful balcony overlooking the pool. Located 5min walk from the beach. The best coffee/pastry shop is at the bottom of the road. Slight incline of a hill for those with mobility issues.(never an issue but just a piece of advice) Small shop opposite for all daily needs. Bigger supermarket 2min walk away. Poolside is well maintained daily. Very relaxing chilled atmosphere at this accommodation. €10 deposit for tv remote. Why do u want a tv?! Large fridge small freezer. Twin electric hobs. Pots and pans provided. Microwave, toaster, kettle. Best value for accommodation and location always.

The tiny wee box freezer. It wouldn't freeze anything. So lollies to cool down was a no no. But in fairness as I said there's a shop across the road.

Superb location just off the main seafront and strip of bars and restaurants. Lovely pool and excellent little chilled out pool and snack bar, friendly helpful staff andf the place has a very relaxed nice feel about it. Also the cost of the stay here was less than half of many other nearby properties

Yes the rooms are possibly a little tired and could use an update at some point soon but its really not a big issue and its reflected in the very reasonable price charged. Lets remember we have just come out of a 2 year pandemic so money is tight for everyone in places like this and refurbishements are likely going to have to wait. For me personally Lanzarote is place i come to with a group of blokes to have a few beers watch some football get a bit of sun and generally chill out. If i was going there with my wife and family then i might push the boat out and stay somewhere a bit posher but for this sort of holiday this place is ideal.

Very clean and spacious (for two of us) Relaxed atmosphere throughout Towels changed 5 out of 7 days Lots of sunbeds just space is limited by the pool Supermarket across the road Staff were very friendly and helpful

It’s situated at the very top of the hill, not for the faint hearted, plenty of taxis around if needed On our last night a party below us playing music until 3am Around the pool is tight for sunbeds, not a problem if you’re an early riser

Really clean apartments, comfy bed and we had a front and back terrace with pool and sea view

They don’t enforce policy about reserving sun loungers, every morning guests put towels on loungers with most being left unoccupied all day

Location of the apartment complex was perfect for what I was looking for

The only thing I was disappointed with was when the weather changed and got stormy the apartment door slammed closed and broke the plastic number on the key and the fellow at the desk charged us 20 euros for a new key accidents do happen that are not anyone’s fault and I think it was over the top to charge what he did

Great relaxed report, lovely quiet atmosphere, ideal for chilling by the pool all day. The apartment was great size, balcony and views were lovely. Location is great too, close to all the bars, but away from the noise. Pool wasnt heated when we got there, but it was pristine clean.

I would appreciate if someone would also clean under the beds, it was rather filthy, but the overall cleanliness was great in all fairness. Would also appreciate if guests wouldn't block off the sunbeds with their towels overnight..

Pleasantly surprised with the apartment, was clean with everything you needed. Short 10 minute walk down hill to the main bars, restaurants and beach.

Sunbeds very uncomfortable, later found out you could rent a mattress for €10 per week. This along with the windy weather put me off spending time by the pool and would prefer to go to the beach.
