We loved our stay! We loved our apartment, it was split level. It had great space, lovely fittings and furniture, home away from home with luxury. Lift access to all floors. Also hidden find, the communal terrace on the top floor! We ate breakfast up there, stunning views of the city and the cathedral. Check it out. If you need any services, the sister hotel is just a couple or doors up and they are happy to arrange taxis and give any advice. It’s location was great for everything in Palma, easy access to the square and the main walk (within 5 minutes), 15 mins to the harbour and 10 mins to the cathedral. We enjoy walking thou the back roads and alleys exploring. Just stunning architecture! All within minutes; For breakfast pastries go to, Fika Farina Morning coffee, Arabay (just opposite Fika) Lots of nice restaurants near by if you don’t want to walk far. Would happily return.

Nothing, loved it all

Samaritana suites was a great place to stay. The staff were really helpful during the stay and before we arrived they arranged a travel cot and high chair for our apartment. The apartment was a nice size and the small balcony was lovely to sit out on. The rooms were clean, comfortable and very quiet and the shower was good. It was great to be able to access the rooftop terrace and the small pool to cool off. It was easy to get to the beach, the main sights and to bars and restaurants from the apartment.

Everything was lovely!

The staff and amenities were exceptional. They provided all day concierge service and helped us with any questions including food, sightseeing, and transportation via whatsapp. Slava, Joseph, Marco and the entire team were warm, helpful and supremely professional. Rooms were kept clean, water provided and the decor clean and modern. The central historical location made it easy to get anywhere of interest. The breakfast was delicious with a perfect variety of eggs, meats cheeses, fruit and yogurt.

Nothing. Everything was exquisite.

The apartments were in exceptional condition all the mod cons and more. Clean spacious and nothing was too much trouble..they bought me ice to my apartment when asked which I really appreciated. It was also right in he heart of the town you literally couldn't be closer and it had a lovely roof top terrace ideal for sunbathing with a view! The beach was only 1k from the apartment too so the best of all worlds.

It didnt have an oven but not really to be expected

Without doubt the best stay we ever had. The member of staff who welcomed us (laura) was fantastic and made sure that everything was in order. She found out it was our anniversary and pretty much forced us to have some extra luxuries. The room was great, the bed HUGE and the tv lovely. Fully equipped kitchen The breakfast in the main hotel was fantastic. The main room in the hotel lobby is great, like an old castle. The whole place does not feel like appartments or hotel, it feels like a home. From the welcoming staff, to lounges you can chill and watch TV in. There are even random things through the building which just make you feel at home. In our appartment there was a shelf, with some random indiana jones figure on it along with collection of books. Its small, not needed, but really made it feel chill. But. Due to how good they are, I know I will never experience this level of fantastic again. This makes me sad.

The suites are a remote (40 metres) offshooot of the Posada Terra Santa Boutique Hotel, and the excellent staff from there looked after us. They bring checkin to you at the, routinely unmanned, desk in the suites building. We had booked the private parking and had been met about 120m away to be led to the parking garage - the hotel arranges your clearance into the no vehicle access area. It all worked very well, but driving in the old part of Palma is not for the faint hearted - there is not much lateral clearance on many of the lanes. Our arrival was so easy and enhanced by the complimentary glass of wine as we checked in. The suite itself was very comfortable and well equipped. The view from our balcony was unfortuantely blighted by a demolition in progress, but the roof terrace made up for it! Self catering would have been easy, but eating out options abound all over Palma, some are within 50m! Breakfast in the Posada Terra Santa was excellent.

Nothing at all, except for the opportunity to stay longer.

The suites are very spacious and have all the comfort you need. Bedroom can be made very dark and quiet thanks to curtains and good isolation. Bathroom was very comfortable to use. Everything was clean, staff was friendly. Location is great - puts you in walking distance to everything in Palma and is only 15m away from airport by taxi.

AC had a strange smell when switched on (maybe temporary but just ended up not using it; natural ventilation was good enough to cool down).

Truly incredible hotel and staff! We stayed at 6 luxury properties over our 2 week vacation in Spain and Samaritana Suites was absolutely the best, hands down! Location was great, rooms were perfect (nicest we’ve ever stayed in), but the staff and breakfast were what make this hotel truly incredible! You get full access to the Posada Terra Santa hotel next door which is their sister property to use the rooftop pool or their front desk for any help.

Nothing, really, nothing. It was fantastic!

Excellent apartment with every facility you could need for a holiday or short stay. We were upgraded to a larger apartment on arrival, Laura the receptionist was so friendly and professional, we were offered a glass of Cava on check in. The apartment was very clean, quiet and spacious. The bed was super comfortable with lovely linens. The apartment was cleaned every day by lovely staff, replenished coffee capsules, water and towels every day. We also used the rooftop terrace again clean towels were put out every day. You can also use the facilities of the sister hotel just around the corner, it was a beautiful hotel all the staff were so lovely and remembered our name. The location was excellent for restaurants and shops. Wouldn’t look anywhere else in the future for our annual stays in Palma.

Wish I could have stayed longer, really didn’t want to leave.

Apartment was cleaned every day with freshly laundered towels provided and level of cleaning was exceptional it was spotless. All staff that we encountered were friendly and efficient.

More crockery would have been a benefit so that the dishwasher could be put on a rinse rather than a full cycle each day which is rather costly using excess electricity and water. There was building works next door and therefore sometimes noisy which we weren’t aware of when we booked and I think this should of been highlighted on the website.
