No private parking even though we reserved it. We were told to go round several roads and park in a super market car park. We then had to pay 25 euros to get the car out the following day. As we are older people we always book on site parking. Although we liked the place and hotel the parking situation really spoilt our stay there.

Good choice if visiting Calle de Laurel as it's just over the road. Was ok to find and drop off the bags. We booked parking but still had to drive a few blocks to this and walk back as our car wouldn't fit in the on-site garage which is for small cars only. (Ours is a 4x4 but not a huge one) think fiat or similar. Rooms are clean, comfortable and there's a lift for access. Food in the little bar area is ok - cheaper to just go and get breakfast items there rather than book the breakfast. There was nothing nearby for breakfast so we ended up back at the hotel.

Bar area is very small with just a few stools and a couple of tables but there's plenty of choices for evening food and drinks nearby. It's noisy!! Very noisy and until quite late, but this is the price of being right at the heart of the tapas culture and we expected it. Nothing the hotel can do - if it might bother you, bring ear-plugs maybe.

That the hotel has bath tubs. Maybe that sounds weird but as someone with the skin disease psoriasis I always look for somewhere that has a bath tub I can wallow in. The location is perfect for visiting Calle Lauren and the local tapas / pincho bars. Great place for going out.

We arrived to find that someone had been smoking in our bathroom. It stank for the entire 2 days, even after we took a bath (all 3 of us, one after the other). Yes you cannot help what previous guests do, I suppose, and many of your clients will want a good time, complete with a cigarette. Perhaps you should have some smoking rooms? Some of the bathroom facilities were a bit dated, there is evidentally a lot of limescale in the water, as the interior of the bath tub was very rough feeling and got a ring round it almost immediately. You have to clean with the correct products to remove this. We have the same where we live in the UK.

The location, only one block away from the best tapas street I have probably ever had the pleasure of working my way along. Although there is a garage under the hotel the general advice is that it's only suitable for small (very?) cars. It's not a problem because there's a free car park just around the corner.

It was late afternoon and we fancied a quick drink. Unfortunately the bar attached to the hotel whilst very clean didn't appear to have any bar staff in attendance.

It was comfortable and some of the staff did their best. It did not give the impression of being a happy hotel.

Having read reviews of the noisy street with lots of partying I was assured that the room on the top floor was immune. Not true I think it was 2.40 am before we could get some sleep. Another receptionist at the desk next day moved us without discussion to the back not such a good view but quiet. They cannot change their location they can change their double glazing.

Really nice hotel, decor a bit retro 80s but in very good condition. Even had a relic of that era - the defunct holder for a pre-mobilephone hands-free telephone in the bathroom from a time when the height of opulence was being able to use the phone in the bath , covered in bath bubbles a la Alexis Carrington in Dynasty . Very comfortable huge bed. Spacious room , lots of mirrors , large bathroom , lovely deep bath with plenty of hot water which is heaven after days of walking the Camino. Right around the corner from Calle Laurel with all its tapas bars

Asked for an iron and ironing board but not possible. There is an ironing service available but not until next day, by which time we'd be gone. The windows haven't been washed since the last sandstorm which is a pity because the view from the 5th floor bay window across the roofs to the twin tower church and beyond to the mountains is beautiful . No kettle or coffee making equipment in room

The reception staff were friendly and helpful and gave us recommendations for places to visit and restautants in the area. The location is ideal, right in the centre to be able to visit the city on foot. The room was clean and comforable with an amazing view. Highly recommendable stay

The breakfast is alright, no wow factor and service was slow. The parking place in the garage is useful but a little expensive

Very well located in the center of Logroño close to all the main locations. Parking was available in the hotel garage. Reception was very nice and cordial. The breakfast was diverse and very complete. We were 4 in 2 rooms and we were given adjacent rooms with a connecting door which was fantastic also.

Room temperature was a bit of an issue during the night as it got a bit warm.

We had a beautiful, spacious room with very good facilities. Claire, the receptionist, was outstanding. I had booked the wrong dates, by accident and she spent time looking for a special room when I explained that the trip was to celebrate a significant birthday. she is a real treasure and should be used as an example of excellent service. The hotel is very well situated within the beautiful city of Logroño, close to restaurants and attractions.

Big spacious room, fresh towels upon request room cleaned daily, essential toiletries and toilet paper given.

No coffee tea making facilities, no iron Was very noisy at night until 3am, other guests very noisy when entering their rooms
