Room of a decent size. Two basins in the bathroom! Friendly staff. Cute little move such as lavender pouches to help you sleep and a refreshing welcome drink (lime water) available at lobby. Private parking available.

20 mins walk from the city centre where all the restaurants are based. Quite a straightforward walk though. Area seems safe.

The entrance is very modern, though the rooms lack a bit of that modernity, as the floors are scratched and the wardrobes old, stains in the ceiling, ... The bathroom had some defects too, the walls had some cracks. Overall, there were some defects that should not be in a four-stars hotel. Also, the breakfast seemed a bit overpriced to me taking into account that for instance a morning there were only 2 pieces of sausages and there were 15 of us, and when we asked if there was any more in the kitchen the answer was no.

The rooms were well appointed, large by European standards, and very comfortable. The proximity to walking the river park and to other sights in the city was great ! I felt very safe in the neighborhood. It was easy to find. Parking access was great and the staff extremely helpful at the desk, and everywhere else. The breakfast was amazing ! The bar in the lobby was great - with lots of places to gather and an excellent, helpful, friendly bar tender.

The restaurant on site was not open a couple nights due to staffing issues - and while there were lots of small cafes around within easy walking distance - not as many dinner places.

Very nice and clean hotel. Rooms were very comfortable and the shower was one of the best I’ve had.

The hotel is located a little out from the city centre, about 10-15 mins walk.

The room is big and clean. Bed very comfortable. Breakfast is very good, a wide variety of pastries, fresh fruits, cheese, etc.

Location is good, a 15 minute walk from the center but way more chill and relaxed. Bed was super comfy, room was huge and fully equipped. Staff was super friendly and easy to get along with. Parking was available in the same building accessible via the Hotel elevator.

The only thing I can think about is the air conditioning unit in the room had a noticeable whine that was a bit annoying during the night. Easy fix, as it was not a hot night and we just turned it off.

The bed was superb but the pillows less than satisfactory. Shower good and excellent towels. Garage facilities good.

Got the feeling it was trying to be too fancy. Sinks of glass in bathroom but worktop became very wet and messy. Shower screen not long enough to prevent water going on floor. When you pay extra for a 4 star hotel because you don’t know the local language, you do expect to be understood. Evening receptionist could not manage English very well. Only understood basic questions. She didn’t even explain the door system and garage entry/exit well. Very confusing. We wanted dinner in hotel but they really were not up to feeding guests dinner. Expected guests to go out to restaurants which weren’t close (minimum 1 km away). Consequently, the choice was extremely limited.

The hotel is not in the centre, but is about 10 minutes walk from the main restaurants and bars. It was very comfortable, and there was on site underground parking. The staff were excellent with tips and information as to where we could dine and spend our time. The rooms are spacious and well appointed.

When you enter the hotel, the Reception area is very bland, and looks like a business hotel. It is off putting, and does not do the hotel justice.

The room was really very clean and so was the bathroom. Breakfast was good, but there was no scrambled eggs, only boiled so not very much of a range here. Lineth, the person in charge of the restaurant was really nice and welcoming - a great example of customer care.

The location seems to be near town council homes as the people hanging out around the side where the entrance to the hotel parking is did not look very friendly. Breakfast was fine, but there was no scrambled eggs which is usually an option.

Good location for walking to the old town. Good secure parking (13 Euros) under the hotel, with relatively easy access. Clean and comfortable room with queen size bed. Reasonable choice on buffet breakfast. Staff friendly and spoke good English.

Despite the fact that the weather was warm the hotel management had decided that at the end of October it is now officially winter, so no air conditioning only heating. It was possible to open the window, but as our room was at the front of the hotel it faced a busy road and there was traffic noise throughout the night
