Eurostars Ibiza

I wanted to point out the hotel staff in particular at this hotel, they are extremely helpful and welcoming. We had a misunderstanding about payment in cash to begin with as th booking.com payment method section was missing information, however they were really helpful and patient in terms of payment and did everything they could to help make the process easier. The rooms are very big and modern, worth the price. The pool area is beautiful with the sea view and terrace. Hotel cleanliness was superb and location of the hotel is amazing, a 5 min drive into the town. Highly recommend 🤍

The room was excellent! We got an amazing upgrade with a beautiful view of the ocean and a huge room. Everything was super clean, the staff always very helpful and nice, the location is great since you are one minute away from the beach and 15 min walking to the old town of Ibiza. Nice restaurants and cafes around the hotel! We definitely recommend staying at Eurostars when visiting Ibiza with the purpose being near the city and beach!

AC was really poor.

Perfectly located close to beach with small shops and good choice of bars/restaurants nearby. Short walk into Dalt Villa for more shops and places to eat and drink. Good size apartment style room. The bed was large and very comfortable so slept well. Good buffet style breakfast.

Pool area looked great but lacked a bit of atmosphere. Balconies are small and only had one chair. Safe was broken in our room.

Very close to beach, we had the standard suite, great views, very spacious duplex decorated well with excellent showers and excellent comfortable bed. we were a family of 3 with a seven year old and had plenty of space in the bed. Didn’t have the breakfast at the establishment so can’t comment. Would stay again.

Although didn’t hire a car and should have , the hotel is on street with no on street parking. The pool is quite small and was fine as we were end of season, but in high season I would imagine it would feel crowded very quickly.

The hotel room was nice and spacious. I liked the bathroom and the location was good. The staff were nice, friendly, helpful and had a positive attitude!

The view from the room was not the greatest (but I understand there is only soo much you can do based on the location). A kettle with coffee / hot chocolate would have been a nice addition. I would also have liked it if a long mirror was in the room besides the one in the bathroom.

Staff was super nice special thanks to Adrian and Lucia. Location was perfect . Walking distance to Dalt Vila but removed enough to be close to local and less touristy eateries. Modern and clean rooms . Our room was in first floor with not a desirable view but the upper floor rooms looked amazing . Free parking is a 8 minute walk

Price a bit high but we we’re traveling in high season.

The hotel staff were lovely. We arrived early and they us use the facilities and even gave us a free upgrade, which was incredibly kind of them and the room was amazing , with a sea view. I would 100% stay there again. It was also a nice quiet area, with some really good restaurants nearby.

The bar could have been open later in the evening to have a drink as it shut at 8:30

The bedroom and en suite bathroom were very comfortable and spacious. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Everywhere was very clean and generally well-maintained. Location was pretty good as close to beach area with local bars, and a 10 min walk into the centre, less than that to the bus station which we used most days as did not want to hire a car. Price for our apartment was very reasonable.

The kitchen area in the apartment was very disappointing - badly thought out and not a pleasant place to cook in. No kettle either. Breakfast area of hotel pleasant but choice fairly uninspiring and always the same. I had expected more of the feel of a hotel, with common areas eg bar and place to eat some evenings but it was really just an apartment with poor cooking facilities plus standard breakfast.

Size of the suite was great, clean and modern. Pool and terrace was quiet and well tendered. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful.

I didn't expect to have a suite without a private terrace. It stayed terrace on the description but that was a public space. I would have chosen elsewhere had I known. Kitchen but no kettle and not enough glasses for the amount of occupants.
