excellent location, friendly director (staff was not), nice bike service to cruise the coast, amazing breakfast AND COFFEE.

hotel had no working area, and staff refused to provide me with a chair so I could work in my room, which had no desk, even tho their conference rooms have hundreds of chairs.

Beautiful view from restaurant, modern room, nice breakfast, (small)clean room, nice parfum smell everywhere, nice shampoo, hand/ bodywash. Nice located. lots of restaurant nearby. busline near

the pool area was not good. the umbrella looked in bad shape, one couldn,t open(broke). there was creme for sunburning...this was empty. poolarea floor was not cleaned good.( 2 days same crashed sweet from child). Seems they where not ready already fur the sun? There where children, that was stranger because was adults only? There was a mess at the breakfast. Only 1 employer and the coffee machine broke all the time. No time to clean the tables...that was not very recommending for a 4star accomadation

A full service great facilities hotel. I liked that it’s location was within walking distance to both the train to Barcelona and / or the bus to Barcelona. each cost 2.40€ each one way vs a taxi for 35-40€ Hugo at the desk was most helpful, but all the staff were very efficient and friendly. We stayed here because it was close to Barcelona but also because it had a beautiful sand beach and a great pool deck. Trips into or from Barcelona took 45 minutes once we mastered the system. it was a big bright room, Nescafé system, big screen tv, fantastic shower and lighting system in the room with motion sensors. first class!

sadly Breakfast was not included in our stay but it would have been nice. There are lots of other dining options in this area though so we weren’t put off by it.

location is perfect, quiet, just in front of the beach and has good restaurants near. bus stop that takes you to barcelona is 2 min walk. Rooms are great. Staff from reception was nice and very helpful.

Breakfast could be better in variety

This property completely exceeded my expectations. The room was absolutely perfect and the view was sensational. The house keeping was also amazing in terms of keeping everything clean and tidy and replenishing our room. The location was also perfect, will 100% be returning to this hotel.

Everything was fine. The only bit of constructive criticism I can say is the reception staff on arrival were not very informative. Didn't give us any information about the restaurant opening times, spa, or pool. She just literally gave us our key. I mean we kind of worked things out for ourselves which was fine but slightly frustrating as one night we planned to go to the restaurant and it was closed, could have been avoided with a bit more attention to detail from reception.

Very well located, directly at the beach. The food in the restaurant is very good, but for the size of portion a bit too expensive. The breakfest was as expected and the rooms are nice and good equipped.

The front desk staff could improve their behavoiur towards the customers. The are somewhat rough and not as helpful as thy should be. I think the management of the hotel should send them to a training to improve the situation. Keep in mind, the guets/ customers are paying their salaries.

We booked 2 rooms in the hotel but were actually put in apartments opposite as there was a problem with rooms which was fine as they were a great size & lovely. A lovely lady on reception gave us a glass of fizz on arrival as it was my birthday & later that night left a bottle in our room with a birthday message which we thought was just so nice. The staff are all very helpful. The towels at the pool are a great idea & the pool area is kept very clean. Hotel is on the beach front so beautiful views & close to restaurants.

We all left with so many bites & were convinced the pests were in the apartments.

Poor breakfast buffet

The hotel is right on the beach, from your airconditioned room to the Mediterranean Sea within minutes. Our room (113) was quiet, had a balcony mostly in the shade at the front of the building, away from the pool. The bathroom had a great rain shower. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The air conditioner worked well and kept the room nice and chilly. The breakfast offered more than enough choices, as well as a lovely view of the beach.

Our room (25m2) was spacious enough to accommodate two proper seats, yet there was not really a proper place to sit aside from the beds. Sitting together inside is not really an option, though there are two balcony chairs provided. There was no need to turn the television on as there was not even one English channel to be found. A clothes rack, hook or line on the balcony would be useful after a day spent at the beach/pool.

Access to the local area restaurants, beaches were lovely.Hotel was nice and clean,hotel staff very nice & helpful.

They had a wedding at the hotel, which was lovely, but the reception was very noisy when the music started till 10 pm.
