Our Suite was really nice and very spacious. The cleaning staff did a great job every day .Evening entertainment was very good by the activity staff..Reception staff were very helpful.indeed.

Only four lifts, for 14 floors not good as it took a considerable time for the lifts to come with one being very small.The food was poor in.my opinion for a 4 star hotel, the different l meats were quite tough to eat, melon was often hard, oranges and grapefruit pieces had not been peeled.Queues were too long every night, which I've not experienced before in similar Hotels. Restaurant staff were friendly, but tables took too long to be cleared once you'd finished and needed something for another course, so the table had little room for anything else. Overall the Restaurant was just OK.

Amazing amenities, including a huge swimming pool, a tennis court and paddle tennis courts. A spa is also available. The suite was very spacious and offered an amazing view of the the sea with the town before it. The bathroom had both a shower and a bathtub. Staff was very kind and helpful and made the stay easy. I would definitely recommend this hotel in Can Picafort.

Food at the restaurant was average but we mainly had diner outside. However it was reasonably priced and was a buffet style diner with plenty of options and also all you can eat. A bit further away from the beach but very manageable. Not many negatives to be fair apart from the food, the stay was very nice

Everyone at the bar was really helpful and kind. We paid extra for the double bed and sea view and received a promotion to even bigger room which was nice and the view was worth it. The hotel is really nice and the variation of pools is just great - also the sky bar just topped it all. The cleaning ladies were really kind and even though they most of the time did not speak english very well it was clear that they want to help and provide the best services they can which was really nice.

Reception wasnt really helpful - we did not receive almost any info when comming to the hotel - all we were told was that the card is for lights and bracelets are our keys (however I think that the receptionists do explain more stuff to spanish speaking hosts - unfortunately we speak only english). No one explained to us properly what is included in the all-inclusive so we spent first few days just figuring it out.

It was a pleasant surprise to get an upgrade, so we lived in a wonderful Junior Suit on 14 floor with a beautiful view. The apartment was spacious, comfortable and clean. Daily cleaning and towels changing, as well as an opportunity to change daily pool towels on reception was a nice addition. It was a walking distance to supermarket and beach. We liked our stay! Loud discos for children and adults discos were till quite late. Though can be a benefit for families with children. We didn’t manage to get coffee 3 min before breakfast finish time because staff started to clean coffee machine a bit earlier. I think it could be a nice idea for a hotel to use shampoo and shower gel dispensers instead of mini packages to reduce plastic waste.

It had parking, the upper floors had views of the sea. The staff were very helpful & polite. The choice of food was excellent. Ideal for all age groups.

There were some seals missing on the shower cubicle which meant water escaping onto the floor of the bathroom, also a minor leak from the basin u-bend. Evenings had entertainment for kids ( early evening ) & for adults from around 9-9.30. My criticism is that the room had several pillars which meant that many areas had restricted views of the stage.

Very nice hotel, very good facilities, good food and very clean. Staff are very kind and helpful.

Location is not the best. At hotter months after the May to September, it is not a big deal for a family vacation as you can spend all days around the outdoor pool and enjoy or go to nearby beaches. but at all other months, one needs to rent a car to move around and still, it is far from main shopping centers and amusements which are in the southern part of the island.

- good pool sizes and plenty of pools - nice entertainment every evening - kids club and activities for adults such as archery and cycling

- coffee pods for the coffee machine in our room were not replaced - some staff can be rude - breakfast and dinner so busy and short staffed. Sometimes at dinner we had to wait for over 30 minutes to get drinks.

the lifts takes a while and we were in the middle so we always encounter people in the lift already so we had to wait longer to get a empty lift as we have the buggy and 3 kids. the balcony has small gap at the edges of the balcony. this is not child friendly and unfortunately we have not able to let kids roam safely at that area

The room was adequate, always cleaned and the staff were friendly. Conveniently located for the cycling I wished to do. Direct Bus to and from the airport to the area.

No Halal option with regards to chicken and beef. The chef frying eggs cross contaminated my eggs by using the same utensils he used to make ham omelletes. This rendered my eggs haram under Islamic law.
