parking is a mess to get to and in fact we got a ticket because of it

The location close to the old part of A Coruña (walking distance) was excellent. The staff were friendly and efficient. Safe parking is available close by at a reduced rate - organise through reception. For us it was only an "in and out" overnight stop so can't comment on other hotel facilities.

The hotel seems a little dated. Looks like it is due a modernisation sooner rather than later. Right opposite a large cinema complex. This seemed to be the hanging out place for every youth in A Coruña and, on a Saturday night, they partied til 7 in the morning.... This may not be usual.

Very close to the older part of the City. Lovely room. Good buffet breakfast.

Sound proofing of windows not great. Think there was a nightclub nearby or part of the casino? Music heard on and off til early hours. No on-site parking. Free not secure parking for motorbike 50 yds away.

Great hotel with an ideal location for walking around and going to restaurants/bars. The room was good and comfortable and the breakfast was very good for the price that it had. The front desk had good restaurant recommendations as well. Parking is available at nearby parking lot with special hotel guest prices.

Noise around the halls and the elevators was sometimes a bit disturbing.

A well run quality hotel in the heart of A Coruna. Staff couldn't be more helpful, breakfast was very good value. The room was nice with all amenities expected - a good sized comfortable firm bed.

Nothing the hotel can do about it but it is situated next to a fun fair with a 'London Eye' type Ferris wheel and close to a stage where music is performed. Fortunately the windows are double glazed but there is only so much noise they can exclude. Worse on the weekend. €16 for adjacent parking is expensive.

The room was a good size and very comfortable. It was good to be able to open the windows rather than rely on air conditioning. The breakfast was very nice in a pleasant room. The bar was a treat with excellent wine and helpful staff

I was woken at 4.30am on Thursday morning by people leaving either the casino or night club. They were very noisy and this continued until 6.30. Even with the windows closed I could still hear them. This seems very disrespectful.

This hotel's location is a big deal, close to the city center with all the town amenities. It was super clean, nice job, to the room service staff for it!. The bed was very comfortable, including pillows! They have tubs in the bathroom, which is perfect for a relaxing bath time.

If anything, I found the size of the room a bit small and the parking area a little inconvenient, we had to park the car in the shopping mall nearby, which has been remodeled and charged us 16 Euros per day.

The room was comfortable, but there was no complimentary water or kettle with tea and coffee as on other 4 star hotels. Also, there was only one tiny waste bin in the whole room. Location is very good as it is right on the port and the old town is within walking distance. Shops and restaurants are all around and can be easily reached.

Just that there was no complimentary water or a kettle to make coffee or tea as common for other 4 start hotels. Also, we forgot an Indian necklace in the room and so we called to check they had found it, which they did. We were in another city so we returned to collect it, driving over 100km to find out staff could not find where they placed it so we wasted our time waiting for them trying to find it and also the drive back. They promised to send it to our home so we hope that happens this week.

This an absolutely wonderful hotel. Excellent location for access to the city Center & cruise ship terminal. The hotel reception & room servicing staff were nice, friendly and helpful. The room was excellent, clean & comfortable with mini bar/ fridge, a separate living/ seating area. The bathroom was clean and shower good. I would definitely stay here again.

There is nothing I could say about this hotel, it’s location or it’s staff that I did not like.

Location is good, parking is opposite the hotel. The room was a good size and the staff were helpful.

There is a night club in the building opposite the hotel at 5.30 am it gets noisy as people go home. We were at the hotel on a Thursday and Friday night and were woken around 5.30 on both mornings. Our room was looking toward the harbour.
