THE STAFF WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND ATTENTIVE. THE LOCATION WAS VERY GOOD. BE SURE TO BE ALLOCATED TO THE RENOVATED FLOORS.

No closet in the room, not comfortable for long stays. No lobby to sit in (have the place, can be suited easily for that purpose and upgrade the experience). could help to have info as for the English speaking TV channels. The mattress was very very very stiff, painful even

This hotel is in a fantastic location for those wanting to make use of the subway. Not even a minutes walk to the nearest entrance/exit. My room was cleaned everyday with a fresh supply of water and toiletries which is very handy for light travellers. Accessing the hotel was super easy just arrive and check in which was super quick and the staff speak very good English. After check in the front door is open 24/7 and it's just a case of taking the lift to your floor and tapping in.

As someone from a Western country, you may find the beds a little uncomfortable as they are very firm, designed for back sleepers. 6 not a major problem due to the convenient location.

It was an amazing stay! The room was spacious, which is very rare in Korean hotels. They had almost every necessary facilities included in the room, including large towels! (which again, uncommon in Korean hotels). The place was a stone's throw away from Yeoksam station, Starbucks and a couple of other shops, so it was super convenient. Definitely recommended!

There was only one tiny window and upon opening it, we were greeted with brick walls and deafening noise of the air conditioner's fan, so we had no choice but to close the window completely. I've always enjoyed a bit of sunlight in my room, so it was slightly disappointing.

The location: It was a very good location spot as at least 4 convenient stores are close by with coffee shops, pharmacy and restaurants. The closest subway station was less than a minute of walking to reach. Incheon Airport is an hour's drive away by taxi. Reception Service: Very good service. They speak English and the checking in and out process was very smooth and fast. They are all very polite and help you out with anything. They've helped us with taxi bookings and finding accurate locations of places we wanted to go. We kept out luggages in the reception after checking out of the room as our flight was late at night. Cleaning Service: Such a good cleaning services provided everyday to your room and the cleaning lady was very polite and kind. She made sure that we had enough drinking water bottles everyday and clean towels. She'd tidied up the rooms very neatly and mopped the floors everyday. They provided all the rooms with a kettle and coffee/tea. Room: We've booked the deluxe family room for the 3 of us and it was a spacious room just enough for all of us. Since it was winter time the floors of the room was heated and the room was very warm and comfortable to be in. Bathrooms come with a bathtub and hot-water showers. Wifi services was amazing and fast connection. A big flat-screen television was available in the room. Value for money: Excellent for this location and services. If we ever comeback to Seoul we will definitely stay at this hotel again.

The mattresses was a bit uncomfortable and hard but after a few nights of sleeping we got used to it and it wasn't a problem anymore. There is only 1 small window in the room so not much of natural daylight can come into the room.

clean and near to station

Mainly the staff was amazing with all aspects of our stay, miss kim Jina and staff went the extra mile to accommodate our stay to the end of our stay. Extremely professional, respectful, and cheerful attitude. This enhanced our stay due the beautiful staff

A few minor repairs that are due to usage and age, and some upgrades facets, bed, but clean to expectations, again the staff was amazing and saved the days. Tks v/s

We had a nice 3-bed room (1 twin, 1 single bed) in a reasonably sized room, it was quiet (office district, so no people after office hours or at night, no traffic noises), conveniently located (few steps to metro station, bus stop), clean, A/C and WiFi work perfectly, large TV, helpful staff, we could prolong our stay without any problem, large bathroom with tub, good selection of toiletries, good value for money

The hotel is secluded but its still easy to find. Stayed 1 night here over the weekend as hotels in the Myeondong area was fully booked. The bed was comfy and there was an individual aircon in my room. The check out at 12pm was a big plus.

If u want a lively area, betterto stay in Myeondong area.

The location was very convenient, as the metro station was just outside. There were also 2-3 bus stops, including the airport limousine, and some convenience stores nearby. The staff was friendly, and the rooms were clean.

Could be provided with better ventilation, a better fridge. And the lack of a microwave/heater.

This place has a very good location . So basically you can roam around the area really well. Beside this , The hotel staff was really accomplished. we needed 2 taxis as the family was big and the hotel staff used to call taxi for us. Which was really helpful and extremely kind of them.

Well, The bed mattress are not that comfortable at all. I think they should change it. beside this , The toilets were good but they should have bidet in toilets . cause not all of us find comfortin toilet rolls.
