Capace Hotel Gangnam

Got a free room upgrade Very nice room for Korea 2 star, western 3 star. If I hadn't know the rating, the room is closer to 4 or 4.5 star quality. But the lobby is very small, so the rest of the hotel wasn't as impressive. Service desk was helpful, but not all could speak English that well

Bit noisy late at night even from 9th floor Bed mattress was a bit stiffer than I'm used to, but this seems to be common at a lot of places I stayed at in Asia

Amazing hotel. We got an upgrade to a better room. And the staff was incredibly nice. About a block from the metro station

I was my fault, but be careful with the key. They just give you one and you have to pay if you lose it. Take into account that the shower is see-through

The staff here were very kind and accommodating! They upgraded us and gave us an extra bed for my 2 year old niece. The rooms were very spacious and clean. Beds were very comfortable. The location is in a quiet area and also close to the subway station. Some attractions are quite close to the hotel; only a few stops away.to get to the COEX mall, aquarium, Lotte world, Gangnam, etc.

Loved the location. Friendly General Manager. Free upgrade to a premium room with a bath tub. Really enjoyed my soak in the bath tub after a long day at work!

As the hotel is located in between buildings, the room allocated didnt have a view. Only facing the adjacent building. But that's alright as i'm only back at the hotel late after work.

The staff is very professional and friendly. Capace Hotel is a small Hotel in Gangnam but very cozy, with a very good location. The rooms are very nice and comfortable with a very nice quirky style of natural atmosphere. Everything you need to be relaxed. I recommend Capace Hotel 100%

It's a shame it doesn't have a larger lobby. It would be a 5 star hotel

Great location around Yeoksam station, spacious rooms with all the amenities and a nice bathtub. Great staff, would recommend.

The walls were a bit thin, I could hear other guests and the movement outside the room. Shower and the toilet had connected floors so the water flowed in whenever I took a shower.

Great location in the centre of the city and very close to the subway station. Easy to find. The staff is very friendly and pro-active. We were even offered a free upgrade while checking-in. The rooms are spaceious, clean, nicely decorated and filled with all the equipment needed. Will definetely stay here again.

Everything is great. If u r planning to visit seoul i recommend this hotel

Almost nothing

The location is perfect with everything around. The staff were so friendly and helpful. A short walk from the subway station. I will definitely stay at this beautiful hotel next time.

Room was big, bed was huge, there was a bath tub also in the room. Everything was clean.

Location isn't close to much but it's a nice place to spend a few nights
