Hotel Skypark Myeongdong 2

The location to Myeong-dong walking street is awesome. It takes 2 minutes walking to get to the heart of that street from the hotel. The laundry washers and dryers (2 units each) are large and fast to use, a little over an hour from start to finish. There is also a stop for the Inchon airport shuttle bus that is a 3-minute walk from the hotel (which was very inexpensive and convenient).

The double beds (1 x full and 1 x twin) room are terribly small for the price paid!!! You must be very careful when walking in the room due to trip hazards around the beds (being right next to the walls) and limited walk space between bed and desk area. There is a 6 inch rise when stepping into the bathroom area also, make sure to keep the bathroom light on to see it.

These are just small inconveniences: - Could use some shelves/table top to organize our things - Shower curtain would cling while showering - Slow elevator - Not completely sound-proof

The hotel is located in the center of Myeongdong and next to the Skypark Central Hotel (nearest subway station is Euljiro-1(il) ga and nearest bus station is Euljiro station or Myeongdong station) which means you’re able to explore Seoul pretty easily. It’s also not strategically located not smack between the stores (unlike Skypark Myeongdong 1) which means you don’t have to deal with so many people in front of your hotel so that’s a bonus. Love the facilities such as coin laundry, microwave, and common area in level B2. There’s also a Coway machine in front of my room which is great.

The room is too small for two person, there’s barely any space to put our luggage or unpack anything because the closet is next to the bed with no moving space. There’s little to no room for ventilation too.

Excellent location in the heart of Myeongdong. Just few 2 minutes walking tothe night street food market and 2 minutes to Euljiro 1(il)-ga Line 2 subway station. Many cafes, convenient stores and restaurants around. The room and bathroom are clean and comfortable. I just had problems with leakages in the bathroom, unfortunately the staff took 3 days to repair it. The staff at the desk speak English. I would return to this hotel, but I would make sure there are is leakage in the bathroom.

The location is very convenient.. many cafes, restaurants, shops, street food, malls and the tourist center was just beside it. Most tour groups have myeongdong station as a meeting point and it was within a short walking distance- convenient since we dont have to wake up early to commute and saves us on the fare too. I also liked that the room came with a tub and a proper shower curtain which seems to be rare in smaller hotels in Seoul. The toilet also has a bidet. Finally at a time when most hotels no longer provide breakfast, it was nice to get a takeaway for breakfast or for snacks even if it’s the same everyday. There’s also a hot and cold water dispenser at the hallway.

Only one elevator. And no full length mirror. My friend claims the heater was so hot despite changing the settings but the room has a window you can open for extra ventilation. Didnt bother me though.

Near the subway stations and shopping street!

The hotel is located in a perfect location for tourists. 1 min walking from line 2 and 5 min from line 4. in the heart of Myeongdong.The beds were very comfortable and the temperature was perfect all the time. if I go back to Seoul I’d definitely stay there again

We stayed there 8 days and the breakfast grab and go never changed. it would be nice if at least they would swap the fruit and the doughnuts some time. also the rooms are quite small so it was hard to keep it tidy but for the price it was very worthy

Large luggages can fit in and you can still roam around + 2 shower areas + fresh towels everyday + Clean + Takeout breakfast + toast butter jam coffee and nice guy manning breakfast area + Hot and cold water dispenser on every floor + Free luggage storage after check-out + English speaking receptionists + Walking distance to Myeongdong street and a lot of restaurants + Fast and easy check-in and check-out Will stay here again

Our other room deluxe twin room is small for three people. Hard to move around.

our family room was perfect for our family of 4 with 2 grownups teens. the king bed and 2 twin bed were segmented to give a little privacy in a small space. Basement space was great with tables for a proper sit down meal with packed food, while waiting for our laundry. Laundry was reasonably priced. Favourite of this hotel is the location within minutes walk to 2 different metro lines (Euljiro 1-ga and Myeongdong station) which gives easy access to many tourist places. Many food options surrounding this hotel. Staff were friendly and speaks English.
