Harbor Park Hotel

The room was everything I needed it to be, quiet, comfortable, and organized. I felt I received good value for price paid. I enjoyed the location, since I only had one full day to explore. Staff was great! The facilities were well maintained. Because Christmas was a few days away, everything was festively decorated.

I really cannot think of anything negative about my stay.

Well located modern hotel. We stayed here during a 24 hour stopover and it was a good choice. It is very close to Incheon town with restaurants, cafes and shops nearby. It is about 30 minutes by taxi from Incheon Airport Terminal 1 - against over an hour to transit into Seoul itself. Room was very clean, functional and reasonably sized for 2 people for one night. Polite and helpful staff.

Excellent customer services, staff were really helpful and professional. The room was spacious and clean, comfortable to stay in. The restaurant and wellness facilities in the hotel is sufficient. Location is close to train stations and bus stop, China town and Icheon airport.

Good location for eating spots, very comfy beds and a great view of the port through the big glass windows.

The bathroom was rather tiny (and no bath) but had everything you need. I would have loved to see black tea/milk and teaspoons provided in the room.

The price is worthy. It is right next to Chinatown where we wanted to visit. Not bad for a one night stay while waiting for connection through Incheon airport.

We booked the lunch buffet through the counter but on the next day it was the last minute notice that our reservation did not show up. Additionally the counter staff promised to get a taxi for us but forgot to do so.

Right in Incheon's China Town. You can walk everywhere and its easy to get on the subway if you want to go into Seoul. China Town is great with lots to see and do. Also close to the elevated rail out to Wolmi Island and the amusement park. Easy travel to the airport.

Hotel services are nice but limited. It is a business oriented hotel but nice and quiet.

Easy check in, friendly informative staff, very clean spacious rooms, harbour views. Great location. Convenience store rught next door

No room service or restaurant open on the nights I was there (Tues and Wed).

Nice location directly at the open port museum and Chinatown. The rooms are comfortable and very clean, there is a 7/11 directly connected with the lobby. The staff is very nice and helpful and speak very good English. Overall a very good experience for the price.

Hotel facility is good, Room is comfy. Staffs are helpful. They calls a taxi for us to airport.
