Location was great, hotel is situated very close to the shopping streets in Busan, many coffee shops for breakfast and restaurants for all kind of dinner. It is perfect for visiting all the sightseeing spots of Busan (Yongdusan park with tower, Jagalchi fish market, Lotte-mart, shopping streets). Not suited for beachlife as nice beaches are further away outside this district of Busan. Also Gamcheon cultural village is only a short bus ride away.

Nothing, it was great.

The location was great! Walkable to Gukje Market, BIFF square and Jagalchi market. It was very close to Busan station too, few bus stops away, and we left Busan via train so it was very convenient. Area around the building is a little hilly, much like the whole of Busan so not much choices there. The room had sufficient space for us to open 2 luggages in the same space and still be able to walk around comfortably. There was also a bath tub in my room (twin), though my friend’s separate room (double) did not have it. But this is not a key factor. Both toilets were spacious and comfortable too. Staff was also very helpful and polite, which I appreciate.

Honestly no complains.

Room was clean and spacious even for 3 people. Bed was comfortable. Good amenities provided. Location was good. Easy access to trains/subway. Plenty of eataries/restaurants around the hotel serving western and korean food. Walking distance to Lotte Mall and shopping streets. Friendly and welcoming staffs who speaks good English.

Temperature in the room was a little warm.

The location was perfect! Multiple convenience stores down the street, plenty of restaurants nearby, a 5-8 minute walk to BIFF Square and the Lotte Mall, and close to train stations and bus stops. All-in-all, the location was perfect! The room was also the perfect size and spacious! The en-suite bathroom had a bathtub and a stand-alone shower. The bed was big and comfortable, the a/c worked perfectly, and the TV also worked and connected to Netflix. I would definitely stay here again.

Convenient location although it’s a little bit tired to go up there. The hotel is in the middle of the uphill. The room is spacious and well-equipped

The staff at night is not good at English, so a little bit difficult to communicate. There is something wrong with the water of the bathtub and the lights.

The room was great. They even have a laundry service to wash your clothes, but they can't dry them so they will provide a drier to put up in your room. The location is good for the big markets. It is a bit far from the temple and the beaches but there's very good transport so it wasn't a problem.

It would have been useful to have more towel hooks in the bathroom. I had very little places to hang the towels from.

The room was big. It had a lot of great amenities like toiletries, robes, slippers and a phone charger. As well as some drinks and snacks. The rooms were available earlier and they let us check in early free of charge! There's also coffee, ice, water and a microwave in the main hall.

For some reason the towels ar really small. But if've noticed it's the same in other hotels as well so I think it's a Korean thing.

We absolutely enjoy staying with SOYU this time. The location is just excellent, super accessible and there are plenty of eating options nearby. Lotte department store and a dynamic shopping district are both within walking distance. The room is quite spacious and comes with a bathtub. Perfect for vacation I would say!

Some facilities are a bit old.

Good location, very walkable to popular BIFF square and Jagalchi market. Nice staff, tea and coffee downstairs. Good price. Cool restaurants nearby.

Water tasted a bit metallic-y. (Maybe that’s common for the area?) Bed was a bit hard. Shower and toilet are in the same space which makes things get wet, but it seems this is common with other Korean hotels I’ve stayed at.

The room was spacious and the bed was nice and big. They provide a water fountain in the lobby so refilling was easy. We will stay here again if presented the opportunity. 😀

Nothing to complain about. It is not a new place so all the odds are understandable but, maybe they can just clean the walls a bit more thoroughly.
