K-GUESTHOUSE Premium Nampo 1

Easy check-in procedure. Staff is really nice and helpful. Being able to do your laundry is a big plus, my clothes were clean and dry in one evening. Location is really nice, it’s close to the Jagalchi fish market and the Busan train station, and about an hour by subway or bus to Haeundae Beach. It’s also only a few meters away from Exit 1 for the Nampo subway station, so if it’s raining, you can walk almost entirely underground to the Lotte mall on the corner, do some shopping and eat dinner, and go back, without having to walk in the rain. It’s also very close to harbor, and especially when the wind is coming from the sea, there is a pleasant salty sea smell in the air.

The elevator was quite noisy, and my room was close to the elevator, so that could be annoying late at night / early in the morning. Breakfast could get busy, as the lounge area isn’t very big, so you have to pick the right moment to eat. The shower spluttered occasionally, and the metal loops around the shower cord also slipped down a lot. Overall, only minor things, and my stay was very comfortable.

It was a very affordable, comfortable stay. The complimentary breakfast was an added bonus. Overall great value for money.

One particular female employee we dealt with at check in was rude and had a horrible attitude. Was not impressed with her overall demeanour and lack of customer service.

Location of the property was perfect. Was just a minute walk from the subway. And there's an elevator :) The room was also good. It was not cramped. Bed was comfortable. Wifi works and was fast!! Free to use the washing machine but they have no dryer so they will lend you instead the drying rack for you to place in the room. The bathroom was clean although it was not that spacious, so you have to be careful when showering so that it doesn't spill outside the door. There is free water, not only on the kitchen/reception, but also on each floor. (They cover 7-10th floors. Kitchen/Reception was on the 10th floor). And there's a free simple breakfast with bread and strawberry jam/butter, coffee or juice, cereals with milk. I saw some eggs too but not sure if that's included in the free breakfast. Breakfast is from 8:00-10:30am. And then use of the kitchen and reception is up til 10:00pm. Staff was really nice and helpful! Thanks!

Great location looking down Nampo harbor and Jagalchi market. Right at the shopping district with street food stalls similar to Myeongdong in Seoul, albeit much smaller. Yongdusan park is right behind. A beautiful night view of a long bridge and a triple towel buildings. Clean and cozy kitchen provided with cooking supplies.

Electric power is in line only with the key cradled insidebthe room, including AC, so you should expect the room is hot whenever you come back. Room, bed and bathroom are small, but not an issue for me and my 10-yr old son. There is no separate shower booth, so you should be a little bit creative with the shower head. Kitchen is crowded in the morning.

The young man checking me in was very friendly and pokite, despite having a very stressful guest to accommodate simultaneously. The room was a little small but that is okay for traveling alone. This is just a sidenote, the shower is typical Korean. I personally don't mind this but it might not be for everyone. The subway station Nampo is right outside of the hotel and allows fast travel.

The young lady at checkout told me to "just catch a bus" as I asked her to call me an airport taxi. The bus station is right outside of the hotel, so it wasn't far. However, I would have preferred a taxi and am not familiar enough with the language, to boldly catch a taxi on the street.

Very convenient, just in front of the bus station and also train station, easy to find and behind is the Biff street with many food stalls and restaurant to choose from. Room is good but a bit small for 2 big luggage bag, no place to hang our winter jacket. Bed is also a bit small for 2 adults. Breakfast area is same with the reception area and washing machine/dryer. You need cook your own breakfast like egg and ham and also wash your own dishes. Water dispenser is available at every floor.

Breakfast time can be crowded if it's full house. No place to seat. Washing machine is good, they provide detergent too but there's only 1 washing machine and dryer, so need wait if got people use and got timing to use it. Can't use after 9:30pm. As usual towels are small, so bring your own.

The breakfast was more than adequate and plenty. The room was smaller than I expected, but overall, it was in a great location close to the subway station, and the Busan Information Center right across the street. They provided ear plugs and a clothes dryer. There were a lot of stores and restaurants nearby, and the Lotte Mall down the street had an amazing indoor water show and a food court that's a must try!

The room was smaller than expected, but it was still adequate for two people. Two of the staff were so courteous and helpful, but one lady was not happy to help or answer questions.

Location - Near to Nampo Station Exit 1 (about 1 min walk). Near Paris Baguette, Daiso, BIFF, Lotte Mart & Jagalchi Market. About 30 minutes to Gimhae Airport by taxi. Staff - One of the staff could do better. Maybe smile and answered nicely to guest? The other two are nice and helpful. Room - Comfortable for two. Facilities - Lift, washing machine, dryer, iron and pantry provided. (Dryer did not function properly. 3 hrs in dryer but the clothes didnt dry completely). View - Nice view from pantry.

Maybe need to inspect the dryer and one of the staff (?). She could do better. Others are good.

Great location, near the metro/train station and bus stop is right in front also. Breakfast includes toast, ham, eggs (boiled or you can cook the eggs yourself), juice, coffee or tea. Super basic but good enough. You also wash up your own dishes after use. Free water hot or cold in the hallways. Near many restaurants and shops. Really clean, easy to find. Great value for money.

The bathroom was small, I had shower on top of the toilet.. but it's ok since I was expecting it. They offer slippers but the size is really small. Mattress on the harder side.
