Overall the hotel and room were of good quality.

The quality of the food from TaBu restaurant is not always of great quality or match the prices. Then sometimes the give you this brilliant dish that make you smile. Don't expect to get speedy service, even when the restaurant is empty. Service is very slow. The staff in the restaurant is generally not helpful and I have to say borders on rude. It's like they doing you a favor. Other staff in the hotel like reception, and cleaning even maintenance staff are very friendly and happy to assist.

The view was absolutely incredible. It is the reason I choose to stay in this hotel when I am in Port Elizabeth. The room is so spacious and beautifully decorated and cleaned very nicely.

The supper has way too little options on the menu. I also did not like how there was no stopper in the bath so I could not take a bath when I wanted to and was instead forced to take a shower. I also did not like that I could not open the windows when there was load shedding and I could not switch on the aircon either so I felt like I was burning inside my room and the only option I had was to open the action door which then creates an invasion of privacy for other guests walking past my room.

Stayed here as they T20 Womens World cup Cricket was hosted in South Africa and we had a few matches booked to watch at St Georges Park which was literally 15 minutes away from the ground. We were given a beautiful room with a ocean view where you could see the sunset and the Dolphins swim by in the morning. The beach was literally a walk away. The staff catered for all our needs although limited on the food menu this was not an issue as there is a shopping Mall less then 1 mile away that has a variety of restaurants that cater for everyones needs. The airport is 15 minutes away as well. All you need to do is pray for good weather when you are visiting - Port Elizabeth is known as the windy city and trust me it can be windy! The Indian Ocean was warm and we managed to get a good day for a swim in the ocean! The Staff were Amazing - Mike and all his staff went the extra mile for us!

Rooms are opened planned so the bathroom is like in your room - may not be as comfortable for families as there is no privacy - toilet and shower next to each other and bathtub outside like in the actual room.

Everything about the experience was good especially when we encountered problems with our Room, they upgraded us to a bigger room at no extra cost. I love the courtesy and the accountability they showed. Breakfast was exceptional and worth the word "Breakfast". Radisson Blu Hotel Port Elizabeth has really made us really happy visitors indeed. It was such a refreshing trip and it was worth it all.

Nothing much hey to complain about because we were helped very quickly when we had challenges. The staff were friendly and very assisting and made us just enjoy every moment of the stay.

View from room was amazing, clean room, I wake up everyday with the beautiful sea view. Front desk was great, and the management acted fast when i left an important item on my bed. in less than 24 hrs they replied and have found this item. A really nice place for business travelers, we can trust the team here.

I left my Bose earbuds with the case on my bed, and on that same day i called to come back but nothing was surrendered. that scared me and left me disappointed at first but after that day the management and staff sent me an email saying it was surrendered and they have it. It might just be a misunderstanding or miscommunication so in the end all went well

Radisson Blu in Gqeberha is perfectly located with views of the Indian Ocean. The room is fully equipped with a shower and bathroom so you have options! I love that they provided complementary still and sparkling water in addition the the teas and coffees typical of a hotel. The breakfast is exceptional!

I didn't like that I couldn't stay much longer! Truly exceptional service from the Radisson Blu team in Gqeberha. I look forward to returning soon.

The room was sea facing as requested, spacious, clean and modern.

A staff member asked to help usher us to our room with our luggage then demanded a specific amount for the service (not a tip).

We chose a superior room with ocean view and the views were delightful. The staff is very professional and friendly. Facilities are clean. Checkout time of 12pm is very convenient.

We had a problem getting the TV to work and had to call for maintenance. The hotel should seriously consider enabling the apps on the smart tv so that guests can login to their Netflix accounts etc instead of being forced to watch DSTV.
