Very nice rooms, modern, clean. Super comfortable beds. Best central location. Helpful staff. Very effective and reliable Air Condition (A/C). Nice hotel bar on the side.

Hotel has NO private parking, but you find a spot eventually on the street. Breakfast is not selfservice and there could be more vegetarian options for breakfast. Some rooms have windows mounted super high and you won't be able to look through it.

Although the hotel's central location was ideal, just a stone's throw away from all the attractions and amenities, we were somewhat disappointed with the breakfast experience. It was served in what appeared to be a resto-pub setting, and unfortunately, the breakfast items were not clearly laid out or displayed, making it a bit confusing to navigate. Additionally, the selection of breakfast options was rather limited, which left us wanting more variety. Excellent service though.

Overall, our experience was positive, with only a few minor considerations to mention. Firstly, the access to the first-floor reception was not very suitcase-friendly as there was no ramp available. It would have been more convenient if there was an accessible option for guests with heavy luggage. Additionally, the building had more of a residential feel rather than a hotel ambiance, which resulted in a somewhat impersonal atmosphere. While this didn't significantly impact our stay, it's worth noting for those seeking a more hotel-like experience. Apart from these minor aspects, we didn't encounter any significant negatives during our time at the property.

My visit was primarily business related which is why it was extremely important I get enough sleep and rest. The room I stayed in provided both, it was quiet and the bed was comfortable. Also, I'm a clean freak and could never stay somewhere where the room is not clean up to my standards and this is one of the rare hotels I stayed in where the room was truly spotless. Kudos for that! Overall, I had a great stay and will definitely come back.

It is not a dislike per se, but I wish there were more vegetarian options for breakfast. There were only three meals I could choose from, but it was okay since I only stayed a few days. Had my stay been longer, this could have been a slight issue.

– The property itself was good so It really came down to little things: staff wasn't super nice – we asked for help in booking a restaurant and were told that it was something we could manage ourselves. There was a huge exit sign above the door which is ridiculously bright at night and there is nothing you can do about it. Bathroom had 0 toiletries or shelves to put your own stuff. No bathrobes, no slippers. While the food at the restaurant was decent smoking was an issue. You need to climb 2 flight of stairs to get to the reception, etc

Unsurpassed location: just pass through a courtyard and you are in the in the very heart of the city. Everything looks newly refurbished. There is a plenty of restaurants nearby. The staff is very young, but very polite and willing to assist by every mean.

Parking is acute problem in all areas of Novi Sad. Some guest may feel more relaxed if they can count on parking places provided by facility. Anyhow, parking is manageable if you accept to pay daily ticket (in other words: parking fine), but it will take some time to settle it by internet banking or by cash paying in exchange office round the corner. Street side of facility (i.e. M. Pupin Boulevard) for some guest may be noisy. Breakfast is on demand and time to wait to be served is sometimes quite long (30 min. if all guests come in same time).

Sistem za zabavu bi mogao da ima više opcija, konkretno mislim na TV, s obzirom na to da je limitiran pristup odredjenim kanalima/servisima (npr. Video Klub, Youtube i Netflix).

We knew this hotel via their restaurant, which offers great healthy food. The location was perfect for us. The room was good and we had all we needed.

Breakfast was included and served in their restaurant. The food was healthy and we liked it. Unfortunately, smoking is allowed and this made us always feel uncomfortable. The option to eat outside is a solution but it was too cold.

Problem with parking, you have to do something about that. 2 parking spaces for that much rooms is not good. We were lucky that we didn't got any ticket for the car parked in fromnt of the hotel. Everything else was perfect. Br

Very clean and comfy place with the best staff ever!

I didnt appreciate the breakfast room which was in a smokers place!. Very unfriendly for families with kids and a big sad surprise .. I am a smoker my self but in my breakfast I do appreciate a clean room free of smoke.

Kombinat Rooms and the Restaurant were what made us decide that we will definitely be coming back again and staying here! The room was very clean and comfortable, and also very tasteful, the restaurant food is amazing, but what impressed us the most is the very friendly and helpful staff! The location is in the heart of Novi Sad, where everything is within walking distance, the wi-fi is very strong anywhere in the accommodation and restaurant, and the people made us feel at home.

I cannot think of a single thing we did not like.
