Breakfast was simply varied and tasty with fresh orange juice offered in glass jugs. The restaurant staff are ready to help at any time - in particular the waiter named "Jubaid". The room service menu was good and reasonably priced. The TV channels are varied and cover most of the well-known ones.

The Wi-Fi needs to be better ... there were frequent periods of weak signals, and this immediately affects your distant connections. Having a local SIM card with Data will help to resolve this problem through the Hot-Spot setting.

Not the first time I am at this hotel, it is good and well kept, with always helpful staff.

Its main problem is its location quite far from anything. On the other hand Riyadh is the city of cars. To my disappointment, the swimming pool infrastructure has much deteriorated: only the pool itself worked, all other things (the jacuzzi, sauna, hamam) were unfortunately closed or out of order.

The hotel was clean and quite appealing.

The location was not what I had expected. Transportation was required to go everywhere I wanted to go. Not a good location for someone who likes to walk. There was nowhere to walk, for the hotel is parallel to the highway. Not much variety for the food choices, particularly for non-meat eaters. The hotel was too quiet for me. Not many quests were visible.

location and the staff are nice and the room was very good. I booked a suit and the upgraded me for bigger suit thanks for them. I stayed in this hotel many time its convenient for me in term of location, staff and price especially for business trip

The breakfast need to be improved and add more variety. The power sockets in the room are not good and its difficult to fit the power cable to them. I already mentioned that to the reception to do something about them.

In general, the hotel facility is very good and it's clean. Additionally, the staff was very welcoming and friendly. Moreover, the room cleanliness is great along with the bathroom. Furthermore, the spa was good too.

Breakfast was delicious, variety of facilities, friendly staff, and room is well equipped, including smart electricity!

My room overlooked the reception not the city. Rooms are a bit small that it does not have enough room for the many equipment provided.

Every day breakfast is the same, no variety. Limited options for such an expensive Hotel

Bring down room service prices on the Menu, mean nearly SAR 90 for a chicken burger, really?? Improve the variety of breakfast items and fix the seating arrangements. So if we are 2 people and tables for six, we don't want to sit with strangers

inside room some area signal problem is there. otherwise, I am happy with the facility.

small Maintenace like light switch and shut-off flush control it may need attention, supervisor should make sure it is repaired properly.

location was very convenient to access. stayed in other hotels in Riyadh before but this proved the best in terms of value for money. Breakfast was delicious and a good variety of food. The ambiance and decor of the restaurant and rooms is world class. Bed, pillow and the linen was very comfortable. overall will pick this hotel again and again
